NEW! Cozy & Modern Spearfish Home Near Downtown!

The property was very clean. We felt comfortable and like we were at our own home. The location is close to downtown and in a nice neighborhood.

House is very new, furnishings contemporary, decorating very attractive, The house was immaculate when we moved in. The kitchen was beautifully complete with everything needed for a household with five bedrooms. Linens and towels were excellent.

We really enjoyed our time here. There were nine of us staying for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Easy to walk right into town as well. The owner, Tommy, was accessible for questions. Also, Great place!

This home is beautiful and spacious. Very well maintained and kitchen is marked so you don't have to guess where things are. Close to downtown. The only thing is tubs are deep and older people may have a little difficulty stepping over as there are no grab bars. We had 7 people stay comfortably. Would definitely rebook if coming to this area.

Our group of 8 were very impressed with the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort of this gorgeous home! We also loved the proximity to the downtown of Spearfish! It was great to be able to walk there to shop, eat, and enjoy! Absolutely great place to stay while in Spearfish! We would definitely recommend!

Great property in a quite neighborhood! The house had enough rooms that accommodated everyone in our party and beds were very comfortable. Large open space kitchen that was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

This property worked great for our family of 6 adults and 4 children with 5 bedrooms to comfortably sleep everyone. The location is good for access to Spearfish shops and restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice to be able to use garage. Would definitely rent this home again

Brand new home. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Super comfortable. Bedroom on main level was nice for older guests. We felt the check out requirements were a bit much given we paid a substantial cleaning fee.

The property was beautiful! So clean and organized. Fresh towels and linens. The beds were so comfortable, like luxury hotel beds. There were video games like in an arcade. The check-in process was so simple. Our host, Tommy, was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again when we're in Spearfish!

The space was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the kids plates and cups, and the basket of mega blocks downstairs for kids to enjoy. Very family friendly rental in walking distance to amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Host was great with communication.

Very nice and clean. Convenient location. 3 families, Kansas, California and Nebraska. Space was such that we spent time together but had personal space! We thoroughly enjoyed it.
