Stayed Jul 1, 2022Great place beds super comfortable quiet area felt safe the only thing is that there's construction going on in that neiborhood wich might bother some people. I stayed in town for business purposes I'm ok with that area less traffic and more quiet. Met the neighbors Tim and his wife they are great people felt comfortable there.

Stayed Oct 29, 2021Actual place is immaculate, but area is terrible. If you’re used to Rocky Point you would not stay where these houses are being built. Very sketchy area, graffiti everywhere, right next to busy road, and very little room for truck/trailer. Hope you don’t bring anything more than a small car. Garage isn’t full enclosed.
