• We own the lot behind the home, which has our home Salt Air Stay with an identical layout. Please message us if you would like to book both homes :)

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled without a refund

- Maximum of 10 guests

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking Inside Is Prohibited: $250 minimum fine for in-home smoke damages. Smoking permitted outside, please maintain a safe distance from the home. Please put out your cigarettes and dispose of them in the outdoor trash bins.
