We had an amazing time during our stay! The house is beautifully updated—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable, with a gorgeous beach just steps away. We spent our days relaxing in the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings but were also close enough to make it out for nice dinners and outtings. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing Bahamas getaway!

We decided we wanted a white SANDY BEACH Christmas and we could not be more thrilled with our choice! The house is beautiful! You cannot beat the balcony views and walking out your back door to the private beach oasis! We didn't want to leave and would definitely book again!We have a family of 6 (4 boys, ages 15, 13, 10 & 8) and there was more than enough room for us! We cooked/ate at the house 80% of the time and had all we needed. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar that was a short walk down the beach from the house for evening drinks/pizza. It was really good and convenient!Ania has truly thought of everything and she was such a fun and gracious hostess! Geoffrey was wonderful, too! You truly won't need/want for anything.We debated booking at a resort since we have kids that would want to be entertained but we are SO glad we didn't! A day trip to Atlantis and a couple excursions were all we needed! 10/10 recommend!!

We were a family of 10, variety of ages, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful property and location! We couldn't have asked for more in hospitality! We would love to do it again someday!

This beachfront property was nothing short of spectacular. Very quiet gated piece of paradise. The Unit had all the necessities of home.

What amazing views from this property! This home was very nicely fit our family of 8 for our vacation. We made great use of the property and all it has to offer...from the beautiful beaches to dining at the Pink Octopus. We also made use of Geoffrey, our private concierge, to book jet skis, a fishing trip and a private chef to come to the unit to cook for us. We look forward to being back here in the future!

We rented a Palm Cay property for a Spring Break week with our family and a few friends. The Palm Cay development provided an enjoyable atmosphere - right on the beach, a marina, a few dining options, and a really relaxing place overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and easily fit our group of 8 guests. Our host Geoffrey took care of all the details for us, and he really made our stay fantastic - he arranged transportation to/from the airport, golf, a boat tour, jet ski rentals, and a home dinner with a private chef. Everything was great.

The perfect trip from start to finish! From the moment we arrived and Geoffrey collected us from the airport, we felt relaxed and ready to enjoy our trip. The real 'wow' moment was the first time we saw the view from the back of the property and stepped onto the sand, it was the perfect place to enjoy our family holiday. The children loved the beach, clear water and freedom to run from house to sand in a moment and we hardly left for the whole trip. It was perfect! Palm Cay itself was great for us, coffee shop on site, great food at the restaurant available for takeaway and everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming. The last comment has to go the Geoffrey, he made the experience and dealt with everything we threw at him. From tee times, to dinner bookings and everything in between such as trips to the supermarket, he was available happy to help. We need Geoffrey on every trip! Already planning to come back and can't wait to step on the sand again with a cold Kalik in my hand.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The beach area behind was beautiful. The property itself was extremely comfortable for our new years eve with friends. Convenient to get everywhere. Geoffrey was amazing and attentive. We had an issue with the water heater and he couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The property is great location and a very well equipped and nicely appointed place. It affords the opportunity for a secluded and peaceful break right by the ocean and away from the sometimes Disney-esque feel of paradise Island. The private deck area and bit of beach are absolutely lovely. Geoffrey , the property manager is quite a character and enormously helpful. He can source anything you need, (e.g. jet ski's private chef, boat trips, sightseeing ) The Palm Cay club that you can pay to use whilst there, is a nice facility but not sure it's value for money as it's standards are not well maintained,(e.g. staff customer service & pool cleanliness are poor) and the fee just includes the pool and anything else ( cabana's, kayaks, the gym ) are all at additional cost.

It’s been over a week when we got back from our wonderful vacation. This was a home away from home for us. It’s very clean and has everything you needed. Our experience was extremely wonderful. We have met an amazing man named Geoffrey who was a God-sent. He made our vacation so smooth and we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. He picked us up, dropped us off, showed us around, made reservations and pretty much made everything happen so our kids can have the best experience. As beautiful as the Bahamas is, we sure have plans on coming back. One of the main reason for coming back is to see Geoffrey again whom our oldest want to be like and called him an angel in the flesh. When our kids (20,18 and 14) are asked what’s the best part of the vacation, they say Geoffrey. A home that is very cozy and the beach is like right outside, an all day excursions, visit to Atlantis, parasailing, jet skis and the amazing Chef Everton who did an outstanding job preparing a meal for us are bonuses of this vacation. Geoffrey made our experience perfect in our eyes. Thank you Ania for sharing your home! Praying you will have more families to visit it and will share the same experience we had.
