The third bedroom is great for kids with 2 Twin beds (or twin bed trundle option to sleep 3 children small available) and the large first floor den, with a queen sleep sofa (not recommended for adults) has a dedicated work space. You'll look forward to relaxing after a day on the beach. The upstairs bedrooms have their own en-suite, full bathroom and a there is a 4th full bathroom in the den on the first floor. Each room has a 55" flat smart screen television with cable and a sports package is available on the Living Room Tv.
