**NEW** 3 Bedroom w/ den! 5 Queen beds! Heated Private Pool!

I have stayed here multiple times. It is always clean and stocked with essentials. There is plenty of room for my family. The backyard has a beautiful pool and plenty of seating to relax.

House was decorated with a fun beach theme. It was a nice house with 4 queen beds.

The home is in a clean, quiet neighborhood. It is very cozy and had everything we needed.

The house was clean and mostly well stocked. Odd to not have soap dispensers in the showers; we stay in a lot of rentals and this is the first one that didn’t have body soap. Beds were okay, but that is very personal, so others might find them great. The pool was fantastic. We paid to have it heated, and it was comfortable, even in the evenings, which was a surprising treat. Would stay again!

The house was super clean, there was enough essentials provided, the beds were super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows, the backyard was so nice and relaxing with good patio lighting. This was probably one of the best stays we have had on VRBO. I definitely recommend and would stay here again. We opted not to heat the pool, but next time i definitely think it would be worth it.

My husband and I enjoyed this place very much. Perfectly stocked with everything that you could need. Stayed for a week but wish we could’ve stayed more! Loved the outdoor area and pool, it was a relaxing getaway for 2 from South Dakota. Only downside and to no fault of the owner is the traffic can get very heavy during the school zones

Rooms were comfortable, Love the set up, great for families! The large shallow area was great for our twin 3 1/2 year olds to play safely in. Lots of fun pool toys and a wide range of lifejacket sizes so I didn't need to worry about bringing ours on the plane! Check in was simple, house was clean. Will definitely be staying here again!

Was a bit smaller than we had anticipated. Not enough sitting room for all 5 of us to sit comfortably to chat. Other than that it was very clean and smooth check in and out. Very cute and would recommend.

Great property

Four of us gals stayed in this fabulous San Tan Valley home while in Arizona for a bridal shower. The house was very comfortable and roomy. All four of us had our own rooms/personal space. We took advantage of the pool on Saturday afternoon which made the 102 degree temp much more manageable. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of pool floaties to choose from. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our spring break with our grandboys & kids. The property was exceptionally clean & well supplied. Monica, the property manager was quick to respond during the whole process. We paid extra so the pool would be heated. In the description it says it’s heated, however failed to mention at an extra cost. We didn’t mind paying the extra just think the description should mention the extra cost. All in all… do it! Rent this place! You won’t be disappointed.

This property is beautiful and comfortable! Has games to play, the pool felt fantastic. The Owner/manager was VERY helpful!! The housekeeper does an amazing job cleaning! We will rent this property again if available for future stays.

Really cute place, close to where we needed to be for a soccer tournament. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The host was amazing.

The house is located in a great area and neighborhood. There were plenty of beds as our grandchildren and daughter were able to come with us. It was a beautiful property! Monica had everything we needed and left perfect instructions on entering and leaving the property. We enjoyed our stay and will rent again if we come back.

The place worked out perfectly for my family. The communication with the host was outstanding! We had one issue when we arrived around 2:30 in the morning and they showed up to fix the issue! I give them five stars plus!

Wonderful place to stay in San Tan Valley. Four bedroom home for a great price with a wonderful pool/back yard. The house was fully equipped and the back yard was exceptionally relaxing. Loved the pool which we were allowed to heat to 91 degrees. Needless to say we spent most afternoons in the pool. As I stated earlier, this house was a little bit like paradise!

Property was clean and just what we expected. Comfortable beds with lots of linens. Worked great for our family.

My family was in town to meet our new grandson and our stay was wonderful. Monica thought of everything. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Super clean! She has games and books. And best of all for us was the keurig pods. We forgot to buy coffee, but we were able to still have our morning coffee. Thank goodness. The pool was lovely and very clean. I would definitely come back. Thank you!
