Nestled In The Sand On Private Mayflower Beach Area! Amazing Views!

What a great location! This is nestled in between the two beach beaches in my opinion. You have your own private beach and this is paradise!

We are repeat renters to this property. It is an excellent place to stay which is clean with all amenities. The owner Chick was very friendly and easily accessible. The weather was great during our stay, and spending time on the beach with the opening of the back door was amazing as always. We will definitely revisit this place in the future.

The beach at this property is ideal, but the rental management was not good. Communications were sparse, the property was dirty on arrival, blankets didn't fit beds, furniture didn't fit rooms (photos online don't reflect current contents), and fixtures (including locks) were essential unusable from disrepair. The fireplace did not function when we arrived, but the owner did send someone to repair it quickly. We didn't push the other issues as we were only there for a few days and didn't want to spend it raising complaints and having people come by to fix things, but I was very surprised given previous reviews. The owner was considering refunding the cleaning fee in our last communication, though have ot heard back on that point yet. I didn't raise the cleanliness and other issues until after we left, so whatever his response ends up being will be fair in my view--though it doesn't change the overall condition of the house that necessitated the request. Overall, it seems like a great property that isn't being cared-for properly.

This house had it all! We loved everything about the house and the location. Just can’t wait to go back again!

We splurged and rented this property for our family of four. Every day we enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch, and watched the sunset/starry sky from upper deck after putting the kids to bed. It was exactly what we were seeking for our vacation and hope to return in the future. This location is FANTASTIC. Walking off the lower deck to the sands of Mayflower Beach is hard to beat. The house was clean and comfortable. Good water pressure (outside and inside showers). Nice grill. Timely and friendly communication with the property manager. Kid friendly (4 and 6 year old) with lots of game/toy options. I liked that the bedroom with the king bed and the bedroom with two twin beds were on the same floor. We enforced that the spiral staircase to the upper deck was off-limits, and that could be an issue with younger kiddos but worked out fine for us. The house could easily accommodate multiple families/children using the bunk bed room on the first level. Highly recommend this rental. We had a fabulous week at Mayflower Beach!

Whole family loved it. Great location. The beach was perfect for skimboarding. Walking distance to a couple great restaurants. Definitely coming back.

It was the perfect beach house. Great place to stay as there are grocery stores just a short drive away. The house was clean and the beach was right out your door. plenty of rooms with views to just relax. The only down fall was that there was no mention to have to bring your own linens and bath towels. Besides the this is a great place to just go and hang out and relax. Also Gina's By The Sea is a great place for dinner.

Great location with plenty of amenities for a wonderful week on the bay! Chester was very helpful and responsive . We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location, and the house was clean, well equipped with all that is needed to stay at the beach. Will definitely return.
