Near town & Golf, Sleeps 15, 3,300sqft, 1.9 Acres, 6BR w/4Kings, Game Room, HVAC

It was very relaxing and no one was worried about a place to sleep. Game room was great. If there is a down fall Id have to say sadly we did get to spend more time. We would of loved to enjoy the fire pit. If your looking for a very clean place and beds were comfortable. This is the place. Just remember its not posh and fancy it’s comfortable and inviting for all ages.

The Christmas decorations added the perfect touch to our weekend events.

Our sixth year coming here! The host Angelica is amazing and the property gets little improvements each year. Love how it can accommodate 15 people.

Lots of space for a larger family! Everything worked great!

This house is huge! We kept getting lost until we got used to it. Our family met here from different areas. It was nice to stay in one place but not be right on top of each other. The AC worked well and it is nice they accept pets for one part of our family but the place did not smell like animals. It is close to a lot of fun things to do and downtown Williams. If anything the house could use a bit of updating but then I am sure it would cost a lot more to rent. The are is quiet. We loved having coffee on the deck every morning. The kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.

Kids enjoyed the pool table while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. This house is in a quiet neighborhood…especially appreciated sitting on the back porch drinking coffee before our day got busy. We found everything we needed couldn’t have asked for more!! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Nice peaceful property, very clean, area was beautiful and we love seeing the deer in the morning. The host was wonderful. She was very quick in her responses if you needed her.

Great location for visiting different parts of Northern Arizona / Utah! Good base for us to visit Sedona, Flagstaff, Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon.There were 8 of us with a couple of dogs. The property was a great size, so everyone could spread out, have space, and enjoy the house. The back porch of the house had a great view of the mountains. There was even deer early in the morning at the back of the house. The air hockey table, pool table and my favorite, the arcade game PacMan were great touches and enjoyed by everyone. The PacMan game was the favorite of our group. The rooms are nice size and the jacuzzi was great after a day of hiking. The town of Williams is fun as well, with western-themed novelty stores and good restaurants. Definitely would rent this house if we make another trip to Northern Arizona.

This was a great vacation home. Fun lay out of bedrooms and gathering rooms. Our kids loved the hot tub. Tons of supplies in the kitchen for everything we planned to cook. It was really nice there were so many towels. Great experience.

Outstanding house that fit all our needs. Close to Safeway and a hour drive to the Grand Canyon. Affordable spacious fun house, we had a blast!

Property was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Plenty of room for 5 kids and 10 adults. We would stay again.

This is our fourth year in a row staying at this property for our annual family weekend retreat. We absolutely love this place because every year we come back there’s always upgrades done to the property. The price is fair and reasonable and Angelica the hostess is great with communication and catering to our needs. We already booked for next year for the fifth year in a row. She is very good at getting back to us and occasionally lets us do early check-in. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

Second time staying here with a family. It's a great location and property owner is responsive. Comes with everything you need for your stay.

The home was perfect for our group of adults and kids! We all loved how unique the home was and the layout was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool table, basketball hoop, patio, and fire pit. We also took walks through the neighborhood and to the nearby lake. The views from and near the house were absolutely beautiful. The two dining tables were super helpful and we enjoyed meals and playing board games together. We bought the firewood from the neighbor across the street and he kindly delivered a load of wood in his wheelbarrow. We would love to stay there again!

This property is FANTASTIC! My 2 friends, boyfriend, and I came to have a weekend get away. We took the train to the grand caynon. The location was convent to get to Williams. The house was so much fun having the pool l table, air hockey table, pac man machine, and basketball hoop kept us entertained! The kitchen was great to cook in! Has EVERYTHING you need to make all your meals. We didnt use the hot tub. However, if we stay again we will for sure be doing that option. After hiking in the grand cayon wouldve been nice to use that afterward to unwined. I would recommended staying here for sure. If you have a big family with kids or just a few friends.
