Great location and place for family

This is my 3rd time to stay at this propery, and it keeps me coming back. The layout is perfect for large families. We had 4 in our group who had never stayed here, and they loved it too. Kids felt like they had their own space, and adults did too. Erin was fantastic with communication, and helped us resolve a plumbing issue quickly (and the plumbers got 5 stars from us too). Key things for our family: the house stayed cool with the designated temperature and fans; plenty of toilet paper, coffee pods, detergent, etc; and close to our favorite locations. Can’t wait for my next trip to schedule again.

We had a great time house had everything we needed it to and it’s very close to golf cart rentals and the beach.Family loved it

Master bedroom bathroom light works when it wanted to. The fixtures were out of place. No front entrance light, light or electrical to light not working. Back yard and kitchen had cockroaches. Barbeque pit was filthy and full of grease. We had to clean it out to even use it. The plumbing to up stairs bathroom really slow moving and hot. Broken glass shards in master bedroom carpet. One of my guests got glass in there heal. Carpet torn behind door in one of the bedrooms. And there were closets with trash or junk and cockroaches.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is spacious and allowed all 12 of us to enjoy it without stepping on each other. The kids loved the game room and upstairs loft which allowed us adults to enjoy visiting with each other around the table. It is right around the corner from the beach access where we drove golf carts to and from. Highly recommend this vacation home for your next stay!

We had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The teenagers loved having the upstairs and game room to get away. Erin was wonderful and extremely easy to get ahold of for any questions before, during and after our stay. We will be back!

We had a large group and this house fit us perfectly. Erin was so thoughtful and her property is beautiful and has everything you could need. Even the neighbors were great! We will be staying here again!

Home was so welcoming and perfectly themed throughout the house! Everthing in the home is so convenient and with so much space! Thank you for the wonderful gesture upon our arrival abd great communication and reminders before checkout time! Neighborhood is quiet and clean. We look forward to booking again!

We have stayed in a different house in Port A every dummer for the last 15 years. This was one of the cleanest we have had. Great set up for children to have a space of their own when they return from the beach. Communication from owner was great.

Our extended family came to enjoy the beach in Port A together. This house was a perfect place for the adults and kids alike. We had a few challenges with our travel but the host was so communicative and accommodating! They even kept us updated on island-wide internet outages and ordered additional supplies for our stay due to a tropical storm moving in. We love Port A and will be back! Thanks to our host for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It had plenty of space for the teenagers in our group to have their own areas to rest and have fun, so that the rest of us could relax and enjoy as well. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We will definitely choose it again if traveling with friends or extended family. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our visit perfect. She gave excellent suggestions for local businesses, and saved the trip with her kite shop recommendation when we realized we had left our shade tent at home. Choose this rental if available. Lots to love about it with the unique bonus spaces and fantastic location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was better than the pics show! Host was very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better situation. Hopefully we can stay again next year!!

We would turn ac down to 72 and it will go back to 75 . we understand it has to be controlled but putting it up to 75 is extremely warm . Especially this time of year . We pay to have a great sleeping accommodation. And we didn’t have that .

Able to for 16 people comfortably! Great home.
