Stayed Jul 4, 2025This is my 3rd time to stay at this propery, and it keeps me coming back. The layout is perfect for large families. We had 4 in our group who had never stayed here, and they loved it too. Kids felt like they had their own space, and adults did too. Erin was fantastic with communication, and helped us resolve a plumbing issue quickly (and the plumbers got 5 stars from us too). Key things for our family: the house stayed cool with the designated temperature and fans; plenty of toilet paper, coffee pods, detergent, etc; and close to our favorite locations. Can’t wait for my next trip to schedule again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Master bedroom bathroom light works when it wanted to. The fixtures were out of place. No front entrance light, light or electrical to light not working. Back yard and kitchen had cockroaches. Barbeque pit was filthy and full of grease. We had to clean it out to even use it. The plumbing to up stairs bathroom really slow moving and hot. Broken glass shards in master bedroom carpet. One of my guests got glass in there heal. Carpet torn behind door in one of the bedrooms. And there were closets with trash or junk and cockroaches.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is spacious and allowed all 12 of us to enjoy it without stepping on each other. The kids loved the game room and upstairs loft which allowed us adults to enjoy visiting with each other around the table. It is right around the corner from the beach access where we drove golf carts to and from. Highly recommend this vacation home for your next stay!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The teenagers loved having the upstairs and game room to get away. Erin was wonderful and extremely easy to get ahold of for any questions before, during and after our stay. We will be back!
