Welcome to Lemon Chill — a colorful two-story beach house in Gulf Village that puts the sand within walking distance and the fun inside your front door.



The main level opens to a bright, open-concept space with shiplap walls, a green sectional, and a blue kitchen island with open shelving and bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and a Keurig/drip combo coffee maker. Off the main floor you'll find a queen bedroom with a striped coastal headboard and an en-suite bath.



Head upstairs to the game room — a teal sectional, Pac-Man arcade machine, smart TV, and colorful whale art make this the hangout spot for kids and adults alike. Three additional bedrooms are upstairs including a king suite with mint bedding, a vibrant room with rainbow bedding and VW bus art, and a turquoise bunk room with twin beds and seahorse décor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.



Out back, the fenced patio features Adirondack chairs, artificial turf, a fire pit, string lights, and a Surf's Up sign. The community pool with its tiki palapa shade structure is a short walk away.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.



City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:

To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.
