- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times yearly.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    This property was in a great location! Quiet neighborhood yet only a few minutes from the beach. Loved the indoor and outdoor space! Beds and pillows are in need of an upgrade as they were not comfortable for any family members.

    The house was as listed. The location was good as we were close enough to the restaurants and beach without being in the heart of it. The pool being next door was a concern if other guests were loud or not respectful of the hours, but that was not a concern at all.

    My wife has a lot of experience staying here in Port A, and she told me this was the best experience she’s had. The thing that mean the most to us were absolutely on point - the house was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were some of the best we’ve slept on in a temp rental. AvantStay must have the right process dialed in. We’ll be back!
