Stayed Jul 26, 2025The house is located around 1,5 kilometers off the city centre of San Miniato. It has an astonishing view of the Tuscany hills and the swimming pool is located in such a way that there is the feel of an infinity pool looking over olive oil trees and vineyards. The house is part of a small 'community' (around 5 houses) and the swimming pool is located just across a small street (2 meters) that runs to one of the other houses. Most neighbors are very friendly from the start and others need some more time (most probably also a language barrier). The house itself is good, with kitchen and living room downstairs, and three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It is somewhat older and needs some maintenance, but overall ok. We were there with four persons and that is also the maximum (in our opinion). When we arrived there were issues in the house and with the swimming pool, where the host did her utmost best to get them resolved asap, but one also knows it is a holiday in Italy, so things take their time. Checking in was easy and well prepared.
