•COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Spring Creek access on- site, ample life vests, fishing on-site, barrel sauna (towels provided), huge yard, picnic pavilion, wildlife viewing, and yard games (bocce ball, golf toss and corn hole).

•KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cooking basics, spices, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, paper towels/trash bags blender, toaster.

•INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV w/ cable, dining table.

•GENERAL: Linens/towels, washer/dryer, window air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, keyless entry.

•PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), boat and RV parking available upon approval.

•Please observe a MAXIMUM of 15mph speed limit when entering the vacation rental premises.

•FAQ: Step-free access, single-story studio.

•Maximum of two pets, with each pet weighing no more than 35 pounds. Breeds not allowed: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Akitas, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos.

Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. 2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $79 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.

3. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.

    Beautiful spot on stream to watch waterfowl and otters. Great firepit and amenities associated with stream. Very comfy and rural. Bed needs some oil. Very squeaky.

    Place was very clean and perfect for me and my sister to get away from noise. we used the paddle boat and sat by the river a lot. very peaceful!

    Nice and quiet little place to stay in a nice neighborhood. Nice clean property and our kids enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and pedal boating on the creek.

    The house was great and it was the right distance from Glacier National Park. Also, being located on Spring Creek was a plus since we brought our kayaks.

    Apartment was great! Location was great also. Didn't have to drive anywhere once we parked the car which is always good. Short walk to anything. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. Kitchen facilities were top notch and so was the TV and stereo. Highly recommended. We will be coming back.
