Our home is a brand new construction built in 2018 in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town. Although, we are not located in town, we are just minutes away by car or bike! Access to beautiful trails, for hiking and cross country skiing, that lead to Shoup Bay and Mineral Creek. Our home is about a mile from the shoreline but nestled closely to the mountainside.
The three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms are fully stocked with linens, bedding, toiletries and laundry care. In

From the picture shown, I thought it may be more secluded but it was in a neighborhood with homes next door and across the street. A nice neighborhood, nevertheless, but if you think you are going to be in the country, you won't be. The home was clean was what we needed..

Stayed May 16, 2025Family from Fairbanks and Anchorage met up to stay here for three days during the Valdez Fly In. Loved having the large dining table / bar area to enjoy preparing and eating our family meals. The beds were comfortable, lots of room for everyone. Great neighborhood. Wonderful communication with the owner. We hope to stay here again!
