The host was very welcoming; the home was comfortable with more than enough room for a big group.

Our whole family absolutely loved this beautiful mountain house!Spacious, spotless, and filled with comfortable beds, it was perfect for our whole family. The huge dining table and pinball machines were big hits. The location felt magically remote with gorgeous views and giant rocks, yet still close to town. We even saw a herd of elk on the way up—and one walking right up the road by the house!The river was just down the road, and the kids loved fishing. This house is a real gem and our new favorite place to stay. We’ll be back!

The house is perfect. We lived our stay

This property was great for a family! The large kitchen table and sofa allowed for all of us to spend time together playing games and eating meals. The outdoor deck was great for early morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The only con for us was that it was not within walking distance of downtown but it was a very short drive. We would book this property again!

Great house for a large group,including so many bed sizes and large dining table. Close to RMNP and Estes Park.

Wonderful stay at an excellent location in Estes. The property was just as described. Generally very clean (aside from a couple spiders/cobwebs, and one older bedsheet), kitchen well equipped, great gathering areas, plenty of bedrooms, and open space for kids to play. We had four little kids with us (2 under 2, a 4 year old, and a 5 year old), and the house was safe and fun for them. They loved the kids books on the shelf, and the kids dishes were a bonus! Steve was immediately responsive the two times we reached out. Very happy with our visit and would rent again if we return to Estes!

This property is very well maintained and equipped. The interior décor is tastefully done and exactly what you would expect in Estes Park. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is updated, great shower pressure and plenty of hot water, plenty of TV's so everyone can watch something different. Great front porch and great back porch for morning coffee and afternoon beverage. BBQ could stand to be replaced, but that def. is not a deal breaker by any means. Location is great between downtown and park entrance. When traffic is low, you can hear the river from front porch. Owner is very responsive and helpful, just had to contact about TV reception, no issues. Great place, you'll enjoy it.

Loved the house! Great location!

Check in was easy. Love passcode entry! The kitchen had plenty of dishes for our group of 12 and many small appliances and enough pots and pans to cook up delicious meals! The dining room table was big enough to seat us all. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. We definitely recommend this place and hope to return someday.

We hope to return! We cooked a lot of large meals and appreciated the highly functional kitchen and the table to fit our whole family. The sun room in the back is delightful, and is accessed through the hall bathroom and laundry area. The covered front porch is also lovely. Beautiful hillside views, and twice we had male deer wander in the yard. Our 4 grandsons loved the arcade games, especially one which required them to cooperate against a common enemy. They also loved climbing on the boulders at ages 4-6, although we had parents follow them and set some boundaries for safety. The bedrooms were good and we all slept well. (In the basement double bed we put one adult, plus one adult in the trundle under it, which was just fine with some extra cushions added). We enjoyed the games and the kids books. The location is so quick to enter the Park through the Fall River Entrance, and the Gold Shuttle Bus also stops at the bottom of the street (every 30 minutes in the summer), about a 2 block walk, steep. Driving to the Safeway is speedy because you can bypass the traffic in town. The owner was very helpful to communicate with.

The property and location fit us just nice! Close to the park and downtown. We saw a ton of elk in both places! My number one priority with VRBOs is safety and I felt very safe. My kids and I did take a stroll up the street one evening and they did get frightened by a property owners sign about their right to shoot anyone that stepped onto their property. They just have never encountered such signs. Second priority is cleanliness and the property was very clean! Third is the comfort of the beds. I’m a bit picky and my biggest gripe was the sheets. They’re all synthetic and we all would wake up sweating because they aren’t breathable :( Overall, we were pleased and the host was easy to communicate with!

This house worked extremely well for our extended family vacation to Rocky Mountain National Park. 8 adults and 4 young grandchildren spent a great week here. Located only 2 1/2 miles from the Fall River entrance to RMNP the location was perfect and the home was well equipped for all ages. The kids enjoyed the basement pinball machines and there were numerous children’s books and games to keep them entertained. Combine this with easy access to the beauty of RMNP and you have the makings of a wonderful time.

this property is great. There were a few minor issues, and i mean minor, missing can opener so we bought one at Dollar Tree and donated it. Views and location could not have been better.Communication with owner was superb.

Great statin a great location with great views in a clean environment with lots of extras. Game room was used a lot. Sun porch was the favorite place to hang! Had a bullhead come & welcome us on our first night! Thanks for sharing your house with us & aiding us in creating some unforgettable memories there celebrating numerous milestones!

The location was wonderful. We were close enough to downtown that things like food and shops were convenient but the roads were nice and quiet. The game room was super fun, the wifi worked well, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Our only issues were: moldy towels in the dryer when we arrived, no hand soap in the kitchen and one bathroom (we bought some and left it there), and getting in touch with the host has been challenging. If I ever needed a big place in the area again, I would stay here. All the issues were minor and fixable.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the convenience of being 7 mins from downtown estes was amazing. The house is well stocked with everything youd need! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful home for a family get together. Great location!

This is a beautiful and clean home in a magnificent setting, close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain NP, where we spent most of our days, but also to the town. It's clean and spacious, with many places for large groups of people to hang out. We loved our morning meditation and movement on the screened-in porch (and beautiful sunrises) and afternoon yoga on the deck. We cooked every night and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

We traveled to Estes Park for a family wedding. This home was in the perfect location along with the right amount of space for our family. Communication with the owner was great! The kitchen was very-well stocked, and we even found some nice surprises, including plastic tableware for the toddlers, extra coffee, aluminum foil, spices…Our grandchildren enjoyed using some of the arcade machines too. It was nice to come back to rest after a full day of activities. This home was close to everything in Estes Park!

Beautiful home! Stephen, our host, was very quick to respond with our questions. Well stocked house. We did a family trip and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this place for a family trip!!!!

This was the perfect home for our extended family of 10 to celebrate our anniversary. The home was very well furnished and had enough comfortable beds for everyone. The grandkids LOVED the arcade games and climbing on the rocks. We loved the fact that they could have their fun downstairs. We were halfway between Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, which we visited every day. The owner was very responsive and kept us updated on a brief regional power outage. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home. We would definitely stay here again.

We came in for a get away for Spring Break

We loved our stay here. The home was comfortable and beautiful, quiet and scenic. And we loved that a free shuttle stop was available just at the end of the road so that we could ride back after walking into town. The communication with the host was fantastic and the advice offered to a group of first time visitors really helped us make the most of our trip.
