Mountain View Villa - Making Memories

Very nice house for larger family.

Great Property, which fit our families needs perfectly. Check in was easy. Information readily available within the home. Location worked out well. Comfortable bedding. Relaxing back deck and covered front porch area. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

There were only two search criteria for finding our girls’ annual getaway in Buena Vista, CO, number of beds and a hot tub. When we arrived at the property there was no hot tub. Two of my friends pulled up the property listing and confirmed that hot tub was clearly on the amenities list. I called the property manager, the call “dropped” and she never returned my call. I subsequently had several conversations with the property manager and was told there was never a hot tub listed and she forwarded screenshots of the property listing that now said, “spa tub”. I next received a text thread [I was inadvertently included] between the property manager and VRBO tech support re the “hot tub glitch”. This property was booked through a local management company but I later learned was also listed by VRBO and several other agencies. I have spoken multiple times with VRBO representatives, none of which have been able to reach the owner. I was told I needed to have contacted them within 24 hours to report the issue. I could not have known that since it was booked through a different agency. I asked the third VRBO agent to let me speak with a supervisor and he refused, stating he already gave me the correct information. So, disappointment has turned to anger and frustration. It is not fun being lied to and given the runaround.

Great for large group and great location

Overall great experience, clean home, comfortable, quiet location. Only 1 issue, many of the kitchen pans were not clean.

This house was spotless! It is super well arranged and very nicely appointed & furnished. It’s in a newer neighborhood, yet close to all the downtown fun. We had 10 total for our 4 day/3 night stay. They even had extra keys for us:)

The house was conveniently located to downtown Buena Vista so we could pop in between all the activities the area has to offer. It was one mile down to our favorite spot on the river! The house was clean and spacious to comfortably house the ten of us. We would highly recommend this place; Renee was great to work with!
