Stayed May 24, 2024Brett is a wonderful host. He responded quickly and was very helpful. The house was perfect for our family. The 2nd bathroom was great for getting ready in the morning. The house is just as pictured. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had family come have smores with the kids at the Fire Pit. It has rocks around it that provide plenty of setting room. I was very comfortable, and loved watching the mountains change colors. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is open to living room which I enjoyed being included in the conversations while preparing meals. The large island gave us a lot of room to prepare food, and the stools worked great for breakfast. It's a friendly neighborhood. Our neighbor even brought us a bouquet of lilacs. It was very quiet. No traffic noises yet it's close to Loveland and Fort Collins. I would defiantly stay here again.

Stayed Apr 27, 2024The house was super clean and cozy! Plenty of rooms and beds. Big patio to enjoy the amazing views of the mountains! Everything we needed and more was available at the house! We really enjoyed our stay. Located close to family who live in a nearby city. Thank you so much!
