Mountain-View Home w/ Deck & Grill in Dahlonega

Our family had a great and relaxing time at this cabin during Thanksgiving week. The views of nearby mountains are spectacular, perhaps among the best in Dahlonega. It backs up to the national forest, and we saw deer in the mornings. The cabin is well-appointed and in a quiet area – it feels as if one is away from everything yet Downtown Dahlonega is but minutes away. The owner is very responsive. When we arrived, we found the refrigerator's freezer frozen up and not working properly, and the owner immediately sent a repairman to fix the issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and may return one day.

WHAT A VIEW from the deck of this comfy mountain cabin! Four of us stayed here for and absolutely loved our time at the Home. We were greeted by a magnificent sunrise over the mountains each morning. Our host was great at communicating answers to any questions we had, and the home was clean and so so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast each morning, and we would usually venture the 10 minutes into Dahlonega for dinner. Parking here was easy with a large space. A LOT of available sitting room in the living room, on the deck, and at dining table. Quiet place to relax and recharge.

My wife and I were travelling with our two kids (3 and 9 months) my parents and brother. The cabin is large enough that each person can be in their own space without annoying or interfering with another. The view on the back patio was amazing from both on the patio as well the large living room. The cabin is 15 minutes away from Dahlonega and 10 minutes away from Woody Gap (a great hiking trail that's north of town), which was the IDEAL location. If we're ever back in Dahlonega, we will be returning to this location.

Great location. Clean and tidy with all kitchen equipment we needed. Listing was incorrect as there was no washer or dryer. Contact with the host-took it out due to issues. We had packed light and didn’t have clothing for the entire trip but there was a Walmart near so we purchased what we needed. Weather was bad and never could get the wifi to work but used our own hot spot. This place did have amazing views and sunrises.

Everything was great. The host commincated with us to ensure everything was satisfactory.

We were very satisfied with the cabin. The view was awesome!! Comfortable beds and very clean! We will definitely visit again!!

Our family of four including two ten year olds had a fantastic stay at this cabin. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the grill, deck and fireplace. There were even extra supplies just incase you needed them.

Everything about this house is beautiful! We will 100% be coming back to stay again! The voew will take your breath away!

This is one of those times when you don't want to leave a glowing review because the place is perfect you want to keep it all for yourself!! The view was what captured my attention to give it a try, and I'm so glad we did! We had a wonderful stay; the house was perfect, well appointed, and so homey! This was the cleanest and best place we've ever stayed in when visiting the area. The kitchen was huge and well stocked for my needs. There is a wood burning fireplace, wood provided, that I would have loved to use but it was too warm. The view from the deck was amazing and if the weather had been better, we would have spent the mornings sitting out there with our coffee and evenings eating dinner on the screened porch! This place was perfect for our stay to plan several hikes in the area and close enough to the quaint town of Dahlonega for walks around the square. The owners are super to deal with as well with great communication throughout. After returning home, I couldn't find my earbuds and thought I had left them at the cabin. I contacted the owners, and they were super helpful having the housekeeper check and keeping me updated. This will now be our go to place when visiting the North Georgia Mountains!
