The house very clean and cozy. The property in the woods was peaceful with gorgeous views. Highly recommend! Host was really nice and accommodating. I would stay there again! Thank you!
Our stay here was amazing. The property was very clean and well stocked and located a short distance from glacier national park. There is great views from the living room and deck that really give you the feel of a mountain forest cabin. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again.
Perfect! Thanks so much for the great weekend!
This property was excellent and well stocked up with everything. The host of this property was great to work with and communicated very well. We had no issues with this property whatsoever.
I was very disappointed with our stay. The condition of the property is not what I expected for the money paid. The deck is a serious hazard due to lack of maintenance and it's a disaster waiting to happen when too many people are on it at the same time. The downstairs bathroom was full of mold on the walls above the shower. The shower head leaked so badly that I had to get my tools and fix it just so it wouldn't destroy the wall with the volume of water. The downstairs bath sink water pressure was virtually nonexistent and there were holes in the wall where a towel bar is desperately needed. Even a $15 towel bar could have been installed. There were insects in both bathrooms, the loft bed, and 3 of the beds downstairs. The lighting was horrible and a simple $20 floor lamp would have solved this. So many of the switches in the house don't turn anything on that it is a major electrical hazard. The downstairs HVAC unit wasn't even connected properly at the window which led to the unit running almost nonstop and bugs getting in. The blinds in the downstairs bedroom were so caked in mold that they are badly discolored. We did not bring these items up during the stay because that is our private time and I didn't want people coming into the property disturbing our vacation. Not to mention these things should easily have been spotted when the unit was turned over from the prior guests. Sadly most of these have been a problem for months, not just since the previous guests left.
Please note this was our first try at doing VRBO & we drove 1500 miles for this. Overall the layout of the house fit our needs & was clean for us. Our first night we found out late that the home owner actually lives in the basement of the house. We were not notified we wouldn’t be the only ones in the house while staying for the week. Our first night we did not have any water pressure, when we addressed the issue the owner did fix the issue the following morning. The add at that time didn’t state anything about sharing the residence with the homeowner. The add has now been changed stating the resident will be staying in the house while you are there. The access door to the basement to the rented area was not locked from either side so that made us very uncomfortable. We were advised that we needed to park our vehicle away from the Tesla charging area so that the homeowner could charge her car, because she needed to charge her car we were asked to park further away from the deck stairs to accommodate the homeowner, which was an inconvenience for us, as we were trying to accommodate our older family member & his safety. I believe some things have since been addressed with the homeowner. If we could give any advice to the homeowner it would be, advise people up front you’ll be coming & going. Mark a parking spot designated for renters. Not enough lights in the house. House needs a table to use for meals. Deck is in need of repair & more furniture.
Great property for all the Montana activities. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked.
We (my parents, son, dog, and I) stayed 3 nights at this hideaway chalet. It was secluded, private, and comfortable for all of us to dip our toe into the area and see Glacier for the first time. What a lovely vacation.
Great little place! Thank you for the hospitality. We enjoyed our stay!!
We loved the watching turkeys and dear each morning and enjoyed the home with its many amenities such as a washer/dryer, barbecue, and well stocked kitchen. Nakharin is a lovely host and her dog Lucy is pretty cute too! Highly recommend this gem of a home!
