Mountain Lake View - Hot tub/Fireplace!

Great stay for RMNP. Ideal location for exploring the park and access to downtown, but nice open views and quiet surroundings. Hot tub is clean and relaxing after hiking.

The home was very well appointed. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds, couches, etc. Made lots of meals and we had EVERYTHING we needed. Quality bedding throughout the entire home. They thought of everything! We hope to return.

When can I move in? This was probably the best VRBO we have stayed in. The attention to detail and the cleanliness was outstanding. The view was amazing. The proximity of the RMNP was so close ... especially after visiting other parks these past years like Yosemite, Sequoia, Glacier where it took us an hour just to get to our hike. In less then 15 minutes we were hiking Twin Sisters or strolling Lily Lake. The furnishings and decorations were top notch. Where can I get that patio furniture? The towels were soft and cuddly. The beds were amazing. The showers were spectacular. The check out instructions super easy. The WiFi worked.Yep I'm coming back. I even recommended to a neighbor from Texas walking.

This is the perfect house.. beautiful, well kept, nice amenities and a fabulous manager.

This was our last family vacation before everyone is off to college and becoming empty nesters. Wow what a property and what a great vacation!! Plenty of room for a family of four or even if you would have 3 couples of 6. Place is the cleanest and best cared for that we have stayed and was an absolute pleasure. Would rank 6 stars if it let me.

On our first morning at the property, our young son excitedly woke us up because there were at least 20 elk in the lawn right out back of the house. They were so close! It was such a special thing to witness. On another day, we watched 9 elk wading in Marys Lake walk by the property (across the street) and then into the woods. Other than the awesome elk encounters, we enjoyed the quiet location of the house, yet the close proximity to RMNP and Estes Park. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable enough for our family of 6. My only notes for suggestion are improving the wifi (it went out a lot and we couldn't stream movies seamlessly) and stocking the kitchen with plastic wrap, foil, and sandwich baggies. If we go to Estes Park again, I would not hesitate to stay here and I would definitely recommend it.

The property was easy to book, and the communication was excellent. We had no problem finding or accessing the home. It was in a great location near Rocky Mountain National Park. The home was well decorated and super clean. The neighborhood was quiet, and we saw few people. We felt comfortable and enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening. The view from the upper deck was very nice and I enjoyed having my morning coffee there. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. We were vacationing with 2 of our adult children and their spouses. Everyone had their own space, and we all agreed that it was an excellent Vrbo. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was just as described perfectly clean, great views, wonderful hot tub. It worked perfectly for my family of six having the up-and down stairs living areas that as great. Could not have been happier! Felt it was a great value for the money spent.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for the six of us (three couples), each had their own bedroom and bathroom with a powder room to spare. The location was excellent, only 9 minutes to RMNP. The home was very tastefully decorated and very clean. We used the hot tub more than once and it was great after a long day of hiking in the park. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting RMNP.
