Property had new carpet but some of the doors had not had the bottoms trimmed and were hard to open and close. Master closet had a fan running in it trying to dry out a moisture problem which we discovered probably came from upstairs shower which had an ill fitting shower head. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space.

Great house, clean, and very comfortable and easy access to city activities

A very pleasant stay. The unit was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Would stay here again and would certainly recommend this condo to anyone.

Most of the furniture looks like they took it from an elderly relatives home. Needs updating. Living room is very small/tiny.The good part: it's in a gated community &felt safe. The kitchen has most needed items. Except the coffee maker was awful. I didn't call about it. Negatives: I thought the notes taped to the toilets were a little much as well as the notes about towels had been counted & not to take them. Most people that pay this amount don't steal cheap towels. We enjoyed Helen, GA, but if I return, I'd stay in a different place. The door going to the side patio from the master bedroom needs a major cleaning. I made pictures. Some of the baseboards in master bathroom need replaced. Looks like there's water damage or mildew. There was a foul smell in kitchen area. I emailed & they sent Hal by. He thought it was the city sewer. He was extremely nice. It did smell better the next day or not as strong. Water pressure isn't great, but I'm sure the owner can't help that.

The 3 bedrooms and den are plenty of room for 7! Great layout and everything you need included - we cooked a whole Thanksgiving dinner. There are games to play, wifi, and lots of outdoor balconies and seats. The only suggestion - bring shampoo as there were none.

Took the grown children and their spouses to enjoy Helen and everything the surrounding are had to offer. This space provided room for everyone to sleep or relax on a private balcony attached to each room, large kitchen area that was well equipped and quiet community. Pickleball and swimming pool right next door super convenient. We will book this house again!

My sisters and I give thumbs up on the Queen's Palace. The house was clean, spacious and was exactly what we needed for our stay in Mobile. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a cabin however upon arriving, on a motorcycle, found out the cabin is not easily accessed. I called to the hosts and they quickly worked with us to get another house, which was also on a road not good for a MC. We were in the middle of trying to find a hotel when Nita called back with a duplex (this house) and we were not homeless anymore! :) They worked so hard to help us out and I cannot say enough good about them. Check in was easy, access was easy (oh don't shut the front door without knowing the code to get in...they automatically lock and we found this out the hard way - LOL) and the location was very quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and beautiful (especially the jetted garden tub for after our long rides). We were not at the house much, mostly to just sleep and shower/tub. Everything was great, It was comfortable and cozy! I think the hosts helpfulness were the best part of our stay and how amazingly accommodating and helpful they were to our situation. Couple of suggestions:Master pillows were a bit on the thin side. We took two from the upstairs bed. Knives in the kitchen hardly cut bread...they kind of need a good sharpening. :)Other than that...we loved staying with Georgia Mtn Rentals (and Nita was absolutely wonderful) and will definitely use them if/when we come back.

The home was clean, comfortable and cool on a couple of very hot days. The folks at Georgia Mountain Rentals checked on us to be certain that we were happy with the home and that there were no problems.
