Step into this stunning residence in the highly desirable gated community of Niguel Shores in Monarch Beach, Dana Point. With its perfect location on the ocean side of the Pacific Coast Highway, guests can enjoy easy access to the beach and the town. Its delightful interior space has been newly furnished in 2021 and showcases natural color schemes throughout; in addition, the home features tile flooring, and a water-softener-purification system. The living room features vaulted ceilings withexposed beams, a large flat-screen TV and ample seating and sleeping accommodations with a desk combo/queen murphy bed pull-out to accommodate extra guests as needed.

Gather and entertain in the spacious newly outfitted Kitchen that is fully equipped with all one needs; step outside via the glass doors out onto the atrium garden patio. Guests can also enjoy the serene backyard paradise with its beautiful landscaped social-living areas that include a wonderful private pool and new hot tub, four fountains, a fire pit, an outdoor dining space, lounge furniture and a gas grill.

Guests have full access to the three bedrooms, including the Primary Bedroom that features a California King Bed and private en suite bathroom; and two additional guest bedrooms with one Queen Bed in each room; all bedrooms offer flatscreen SmartTVs for privacy and enjoyment.

Included in the residence is a washer-dryer laundry area in garage, 8 beach chairs and beach towels, 4 boogie boards, sand toys and beach mats. Parking is provided in the driveway space for guests.

The Niguel Shores in Monarch Beach community offers guests exclusive access to the junior Olympic-sized pool (heated year-round), a spa, tennis courts, sports court, playground, park, clubhouse and private beach bluff-park with private beach walkway and parking at Strands Beach (an 8-min walk or 2-min drive from the property). Also close by are other noteworthy beaches - Salt Creek Beach (15 min walk, 5 min drive), Monarch Beach Resort and Golf Course (21 min walk, 5 min drive), Dana Point Harbor (10 min drive).

Starter packs of paper goods and coffee amenities will be supplied by host, but then guests are expected to replenish for their own use since typocal stays of 90 days or more are required at this property. Housecleaning services will occur every other week to clean amd maintain the home, typically on Monday’s. Linens will not be washed/changed at this time, but supplies for guests to do so will be provided. Gardening services will occur weekly. Pool cleaning services will occur weekly, typically on Friday’s.
Please note we have security cameras on-site, as we do not permanently reside on-site. Although the cameras are on 24/7, capturing audio and video we do not regularly monitor guest activity. If we are alerted to a problem by guests or HOA security, we can review footage. The cameras also allow us to at times confirm and ensure the home is cleaned and the pool/hot tub and garden areas are serviced by professional services. Guests are not allowed to turn off or tamper with the cameras. This is for both guest and owner protection.
