Stayed Jan 31, 2025Our family enjoyed our weekend at the house. The floor plan is spacious and the house was clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Large master bathroom. We did have issues with the spa during the entire stay so we’re not able to enjoy that. At first, it would not turn on and once we troubleshoot did that, it would really never heat up. I specifically chose a house with a Spa and paid extra for that so I did not feel like got my moneys worth on this stay. The only other thing I’d say is that there’s not a lot of supplies for cooking, the kitchen is pretty bare when it comes to tools and items you would need to cook. It seems that other renters have been pretty rough on some of the appliances in the kitchen. Despite that, the property owner is fast to respond with any needs and is committed to making the best experience possible.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025House was nice and clean, Carpet areas could use replacement, Pool and hot tub were great. Outside around pool needs some care. Overall it was ok.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024We usually stay in Bullhead but decided to stay here because its closer to family who live here. There were some little annoyances with cleaniless, wifi and spa issues but the owner did her best to meet those challenges and even credited the cleaning fee.

Stayed Apr 19, 2023Our stay was wonderful to say the least. The owner was very nice and helpful with the spa. She answered any and all questions we had. All of our party were very impressed with the entire home and the cleanliness . We got to park our boat in the garage with no problem. Everyone came home totally relaxed. We highly recommend this home for couples ?

Stayed Mar 16, 2023This was our first time staying here, and we really enjoyed our stay. House was beautifully clean, pool and spa were lovely as well. Any questions we had during our stay were quickly answered by the property manager. Convenient location too!
