Modern spacious 3 bed house close to the beach

Had a great stay at the Salty Sea Dog which was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious, nice to have the garden and washing room! A tumble dryer would have been an even bigger bonus. Personally we would also have rather had a blind in the window above the bed in the master bedroom - we like it dark! Communication with Neal was great. Bude is a lovely town, we enjoyed the beaches, walks as well as tripa further afield.

Our property manager was great from start to finish. Great communication and clear instructions to access the property. The property is very well appointed, with great outdoor space and sun traps aplenty. The kitchen is modern, clean and served us extremely well. Access to a large utility room and plenty of drying options was very helpful. The lounge area is light and comfortable, and the open plan space generally made for a relaxing vibe to the place. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the showers are lovely. Access to Bude town centre and beaches is very easy on foot, and maybe 3 or 4 minutes by car. There is so much to do in Bude and the surrounding areas, and the property was a perfect base to launch from. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac with off street parking. Its a peaceful street and a calm place to be after busy days out. We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful week at this bungalow in July. It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighbourhood is ridiculously peaceful, I would have stayed all summer long if I could have. Definitely recommend to others and I would happily holiday there again.

A real home from home with exceptional communication with the owner - including letting us know we could go into the property earlier than the time stated. Easy access to both the beach and the town of Bude. We made good use of the sun loungers in the garden during the evening sun as well as the lovely seating area (a few cushions would be nice for the wooden area). The accommodation was of a very good standard with all the necessary ammenities- we used the chair from the one bedroom to make more seating at the dinning table). Hot water was always available despite 5 adults using the shower and bath! The house has a real family vibe about it and the neighbours are very friendly. I would highly recommend booking this accommodation- we would have booked for next year but we have extra friends joining us so needed more bedrooms! Lovely property, well equipped in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Perfect base for our holiday ?

The bungalow is in a great location, just a 15 minute walk to the beach and shops. The property was very modern decorated to a high standard, and had all the amenities required. The rooms were a great size and en-suite was lovely. Large seating area and plenty of space for everyone. The seating area outside was perfect for a sunny evening.

A beautiful house, really well equipped with everything we could need. Great location with only a short walk to beachs, shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes etc. Excellent communication with the owners, very informative and quick to respond to any questions. We had a throughly enjoyable stay, the property was clean, bright and spacious with everything needed for a family break. The property was located in a nice, peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance to the beaches. Neal was a great host.

We loved our stay at this property. Not only was the house in perfect order, tastefully decorated, with great facilities and sunny quiet garden, but it was also in a fabulous location. We could walk to town and the beach. Lovely and clean too. Neal was also great at communicating.

Honestly could not find fault with this lovely house! Perfect location for an easy stroll into town and to the beach, beautifully finished with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay (we have a 5yo and the house is so well equipped for children too), and Neal was so helpful both in the run up to and during our holiday. Would not hesitate to recommend to others, and we’d love to return ourselves too!
