Stayed Apr 6, 2025This place was fantastic for our trip to Cotter!. Hosts were very responsive. The place was very clean and cozy. Great fully equipped kitchen. All on one level. Walking distance to the river. Groceries, liquor, gas within 6 miles. We will be back!

Stayed Mar 20, 2025We loved this property. The open floor plan is so nice. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware needed. A nice Keurig and coffee were provided, but if you use sugar or packaged creamer, you will need to bring some along. Living room was so comfortable and had lots of seating. The beds were not great, but did have thick pieces of foam on them that helped the comfort level. We would most definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 15, 2024This newly built house is quite spacious and well furnished/decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to all of the Cotter fly shops and outfitters. We are planning to stay here again next year.

Stayed May 17, 2024This place is very well furnished and decorated in all rooms. Looks brand new, which it might actually be. Really just a gorgeous place in a perfect location - was a 3-minute drive to our guide service for trout fishing. Hope to stay again sometime.
