Great stay close to beach

We had a few issues. The downstairs a/c didn’t with the last night. The last morning the silverware drawer was full of ants. Otherwise it was a great place if you have a large group. There was a golf cart blocking part of the parking when we arrived. When I messaged about using it I was told that it was not included in the rental. A week later I received a message asking why we left a golf cart there. It was a little frustrating.

The downstairs kids bunkroom doesn’t get cool enough for anyone to sleep in there.

Overall the house was very clean and functional for our time in port aransas. Would book this again if staying in this area.

Our stay at this modern, palm-studded retreat was exceptional. The home's layout was perfect, with the younger boys enjoying the downstairs rooms and my older son and I appreciating the upstairs accommodations. The property was immaculately clean and well-appointed, providing all the comforts of home. Its proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy fishing excursions in the mornings and beach activities during the day. Bringing our small 15ft fishing skiff was a breeze, thanks to the convenient location. We couldn't have asked for a better long weekend and highly recommend this property to others seeking a relaxing getaway.

This is a great house with plenty of space and bedrooms. Clean amenities, plenty of towels, and lots of kitchen tools available for cooking and eating. The location is ideal - close to the beach and right next to a pond. The front and back porch provide morning and evening relaxation with beautiful views. I highly recommend this place!

This house was comfortable and well stocked. It was prefect for our multi-generational family vacation. There are 2 rooms with king size beds and 2 room perfect for the kids. The bunk room is through the garage with a door opening into the garage it also has a door to the outside. It may not be the best for littles unless there is an older kid staying out there. My boys loved it (ages 6 & 10). My six year old was a little scared at first, but the second bedroom with the king is also on the first floor, so we were actually pretty close by. The second kid room with bunk beds (full on bottom, Twin on top) is upstairs with the primary suite. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool is across the street and the board walk to the beach is a five minute walk. We plan on renting this property again next time if it’s available.

The property is situated in an excellent neighborhood with convenient access to amenities such as a six-minute walk to the beach and ample parking facilities. However, as a vacation rental, it lacks essential provisions such as spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, tea, and sugar, which are often expected by guests for a more enjoyable stay. Including these additional amenities would elevate the guest experience and distinguish the property as exceptional in the vacation rental market.

It was very nice and convenient to the beach.
