Stayed Feb 12, 2026This location was perfect. The place was exactly as pictured and it’s very open with a lot of natural light. The beach is about a 1 minute walk and the neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. I really enjoyed staying here and Ben was very responsive and available if needed. I was here for about a week and I had a wonderful time!

Stayed Dec 25, 2025Immaculately clean recent renovation with unbeatable location and friendly, responsive host. A little spartan on the interior, but still lovely. It's a split duplex ADU, but we had no noise or interaction with the neighbors at all. Great stay, will return for sure.

Stayed Aug 17, 2020So Benjamin was great, good communication throughout our stay. However the property is very tired. Things like curtains hanging off rods, extractor fan not working and a very slow draining bathroom sink. Also I was going to strip the bed on leaving but when I saw the state of the pillows, I thought better of it! Please replace them! We were expecting something much fresher as the photos on the listing were obviously from a long time ago. These things didn’t worry us too much as we out most of the time. The location couldn’t be better however, an easy stroll to the beach. The property just needs some love to make it spectacular.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location and plenty of space for our family (6yr, 3yr and 6 months). Walking to the beach was a breeze with the house wagon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The house has a great layout and a great outdoor space. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A great little place in a residential/quiet neighborhood of Solana Beach, but also close enough to walk to the Cedros Design District. Place is well stocked with great kitchen supplies and all the amenities are A+.
