Sitting nestled in the trees overlooking the Sandy River, this home is easily adjacent to some of the best hiking trails and outdoor adventure mere minutes away on Mt Hood. Sandy Ridge (world class mountain biking) and the Old Growth Forest walk in Wayside Park, are less than a mile from the house.
A chefs kitchen, outdoor fireplace and grill provide everything you need for someof the best meals of your life after your daily excursions. Relax together on the large living room sectional sofa after dinner for movie time or kids and adults alike can have fun in the Family Playroom with the ping pong table. There is a small separate area ideal for games, art, reading or play for the kids as well.
It is a wonderful retreat for friends, couples or extended family to relax, play, recharge, nourish, and enjoy time together.

Beautiful mid century modern experience in the PNW woods. I loved seeing the mountains in the distance when the fog lifted. The kitchen is accommodating of multiple cooks and the shared spaces are roomy. Loved the vinyls and turntable. My aunt who is sight impaired was able to safely navigate the first floor. My son was able to hit the slopes on My Hood just 45 min away. The outdoor fireplace was an hit! All in all, a gorgeous experience.
