Modern Edgartown Condo Close to Town & Beach and Private Pool

Neighborhood very friendly and helpful- outside pool also well cared for - the house we were in was well maintained and owner provided any information needed. Very pleased by our two weeks.

We have stayed at various rentals on the Island for over 30 years. This unit was immaculate and private. Owner was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. It was perfect for 2 couples and we had a great week!

I spent 25 nights at this property. It was very comfortable, great location and easy check-in/out process. I wanted to rebook on my next trip, but it was already sold out. The only downside is providing my own sheets and towels. I flew in for a job assignment and it was hard to pack those items and there really isn't a place on the island to get them after your there.

Perfect weather; lovely condo with lots of light; easy access by car to everything. Hope to return next fall.

Felt good to be back!! Was very happy that other reviews were spot on re cleanliness, etc. First time this has occurred in all the years we've been coming to MV. Beautiful, quiet, central location. Plenty of parking. Nice neighbors. Peter was always reachable & very informative! Only gave 4 stars on check-in process due to the use of a key with no lock box or security code (had to be mailed back). Only a small inconvenience though. Overall a great place!!

My family had a wonderful stay at this rental. During booking the owner was super responsive and pleasant. After booking I shortly recieved a packet in mail with all the info I needed for my stay. Questions were quickly answered. Upon arrival the unit was impeccably clean. Beds appear newer and comfortable. Being a townhouse complex, it has a pool on location. It was a nice added bonus for my family. My children enjoyed it and I loved it was heated. Area is quiet and I liked the proximity to edgartown center is just a short drive. Breakfast at The Right Fork Diner (close by) is a must.

The family and I had an excellent time. The pool was great and you are bike ride away from South Beach. The neighborhoods were super nice. They even gave my daughters a goodbye card. Highly recommend.
