Stayed Jul 13, 2025Highly recommend. Location is great (next to a grocery store, plus food and gelato places, easy walk to the Provo City Center) and loved the modern accommodations. Plenty of room, great A/C and loved having a garage to park in. 1 bedroom on the first floor (no bathroom on that floor, but that worked okay for us). 2nd floor has a kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room and half bath. We spent most of our time there and worked from the table there (Wifi was good). 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Is as shown in the photos. There are also views of the mountains.Recommendation: Bring a sleep shade because the blinds don't block out much light. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Provo.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We had a great experience staying at this townhouse and would stay there again next time. The home was clean. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was super convenient. We both walked and drove to the BYU campus. It’s right across the street from the grocery store. The garage was also really nice to be able to park in and not have to bother with street parking.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025My Daughter was dancing at the convention center. We were within walking distance and it was a plus to have Smiths across the street. I also was ready happy with access to the garage.
