Modern & Cozy House With Salt Pool & Baja Deck In San Tan Valley

Check in was as stated and easy to enter. When arriving we noticed that the front handle to the outside storm door was missing. The house overall was as stated in the website. However, this house could use a deep cleaning. The microwave and under the microwave stand was dirty. Lights above the kitchen island dirty. The fridge inside could have used a wipe down. Coffee maker had used coffee grounds still in it. The windows inside were covered with a film of dirt. Under the beds had a layer of dust bunnies. The hall bath had long dark black hair on the sides. We luckily had a very nice week with sun - the pool was freezing! A simple solar cover may help?Deborah was very responsive to any messages we sent. The landscaping and fruit tress are very nice well kept and simple. I did also love that there are TVs in every bedroom. Deborah is new to this house and I think with a deep cleaning a little TLC it will be a good option.

Property was located in San Tan Valley, AZ. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Deborah our host was amazing. She was so attentive and responded to any questions or messages instantly. Deborah also had in depth knowledge of the area, things to do and restaurants and was always willing to make recommendations. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, drink ware and cooking needs. Each bedroom was equipped with a tv and the master had a nice ensuite. The outdoor patio/dining area was comfortable and provided plenty of shade. The fruit tree orchard filled the air with such a nice fragrance and also provided fresh lemons, limes, grapefruits and oranges. The pool was awesome and provided much needed relief from the record high temperatures we experienced. There was also an extra large umbrella on the pool deck and another umbrella for the baja portion of the pool. The house was equipped with a/c and plenty of ceiling fans. This pet friendly property met all of our needs and would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was nice and the property was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Will be back this summer to enjoy the pool.

Our host definitely stood out. Deborah was incredibly attentive, made sure we had every appliance and item we needed, and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was perfect. The amenities were also great, especially the well-equipped kitchen and family-friendly games.
