Stayed Jan 11, 2024We had two in our group to become ill and could not travel for this visit. The owner/agency refused to allow us to reschedule. The house itself was as presented however the kitchen had only bare necessities. The non stick pans were cheap and in terrible shape. In addition,there were no basic condiments - salt, pepper. Some of the sofas were stained prior to our arrival. In a luxury home such as this you just expect a little more. While we had a great time at the house and at Folly beach, we sorely missed the couple who got sick and could not travel. We were so disappointed that the owner/agency was unwilling to work with us on rescheduling.

Stayed Nov 9, 2023We were a group of 10 women (former college housemates) and the house was ideal. Clean, fresh and beautifully decorated, the property was easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. We had comfortable beds, plenty of towels and lots of great room for gathering, talking and eating all together. Highly recommend this property and the responsive management team!

Stayed Apr 27, 2023This house is great and I would stay there again. It looked even nicer in person than in the photos. The layout is really nice and there is a lot of space. We had a group of 11 adults and really appreciated the size and number of beds and rooms. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The location is right in the mix we were just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Management is very responsive and helpful. I got a quick answer to any questions I had. All in all a wonderful experience!

Stayed Dec 28, 2021Our family enjoyed our Folly Beach home away from home! Close to beach, restaurants and easy trip into Charleston. Kitchen could be a little better stocked (nothing to bake in, broken can opener, ice machine filter way out of date...), oven drawers were not clean and a few not so clean dishes in cabinets. BUT, home is beautifully renovated, great space for large family / friends. We'll come back!

Stayed Dec 22, 2021I initially chose this house due to the location, with the beach only a few blocks away. It's in a great area of Folly Beach with all little shops and restaurants very close by. It also was important to me that we stayed in a well-maintained updated house, since many of the homes for rent tended to look run down and older. The house was in good shape and for any questions or things that arose during our stay, the manager was accessible and very helpful. The set up of the house is great with five bedrooms and five bathrooms and more than enough room for everyone to be in the house at the same time without it feeling crowded at all. We rented the house over the Christmas holiday and it was a lovely way to spend time with a large family group. The weather this time of the year in SC is beautiful and the house is only about 25 minutes from Charleston, so it's very easy to get in and out of the city with no problem. If you're going to be staying in Folly Beach, I'd recommend staying at this property, it has everything you will need for a great vacation!
