Stayed Jun 11, 2026Perfect location for anything happening at ETSU!! Very clean and the upstairs additional a/c worked beautifully!! Slow drain in the shower but amazing water pressure!!

Stayed May 16, 2026Great location to ETSU and down town. Clean and all the amenities. The AC is very cold when you need it. Lots of towels as well, usually find most properties skimp on these items but nothing has been skimped here!

Stayed Feb 27, 2026Very cute & clean 2 bedroom townhouse located very close to the ETSU campus. Decor was done nicely, highlighting local region. Host communication was great. Beds were not as comfortable as I would like but I do realize that everyone has different preferences when it comes to mattress comfort.

Stayed Dec 11, 2025Hot water lasted less than 10 minutes, leak in downstairs bathroom, drains needed to be cleared, pictures make it seem like there are 3 sleeping areas when in fact there is a roll out in closet.
