Modern Boho style Folly beach house -3 blocks from the beach!

We loved our stay at the beach house! The location was excellent. We barely used our cars and rode a golf cart and bikes we rented around most places. The kitchen was well stocked to cook some delicious meals in and we enjoyed the board games provided as we had quite a bit of rain the first few days. The kids loved the outdoor shower and now want one at home! The huge backyard was nice and having a washer and dryer proved crucial! We would stay again next time we are in Folly Beach!

We had everything we needed for six cousins gathering at the beach! The stay couldn't have been easier, and the location was great - close to beach access and the main road with shops and restaurants, but tucked away where it was quiet.

Overall, grateful for the location. We were easily able to access the beach with our children by renting a golf cart. Some toys were provided which was nice as well but the cleanliness was missing the mark. I honestly hate leaving a review like this, but for the money that is spent, I only think it’s fair for future guests to be aware of. I think that was our only issue the entirety of the time. Mold was all over both bathroom ceilings, but especially the guest bathroom from what I’m guessing is bad ventilation? Not sure. The master bathroom door didn’t close, and when we initially opened the master bathroom shower, it had a sewage smell. There’s also a lot of stains on the furniture as well as the comforters.. and our bedding smelled musty like it hadn’t dried completely. If you’re just looking for a good location to reach the beach; then there are no complaints there! But I do believe the owners need to address some of these issues.

We had a great stay!! Owners were great to communicate with - very responsive. We love the location to be able to walk to town and to the beach and ride bikes. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice property. Overall very satisfied. Josh was quick with replies and meeting our needs. Our only suggestion is to add additional privacy to the hallway bathroom as the sliding barn door does not completely close off the entry sufficiently.

Great place!

We visited Folly Beach for my children's spring break and it was fabulous. I had my in-laws, husband, and two children and the house was the perfect size. The screened in back deck is such a nice addition and we ate all our meals out there, morning coffee, games etc. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes even when walking with a 4 year old. My only note for improvement would be to better stock the kitchen (only one cutting board) and the house could be cleaner. We had to lift the couch for a lost toy and it's very clear that the cleaners are doing the bare minimum and spot cleaning. It didn't bother us too much but could be a deal breaker for others. We will be back!!

Good beach property a quarter mile from Folly Beach. Comfortable and relatively clean. Living room is compact but could use more seating. Kitchen is well equipped and screened in porch is a nice space. Property definitely needs maintenance and a facelift. Front door lock and fan on porch needed battery replacements but not a major issue.

Wonderful stay in Folly Beach - house was perfect, as was the location! Would definitely stay again 10/10. Hosts were super communicative and helpful, letting us check in early when needed!

This house was perfect for our long weekend in Folly. We rented bikes and didn’t have to get in our car until we left. Perfect distance from town and the beach. Well-stocked kitchen and the bedrooms were cozy. We loved the screened porch and huge backyard. Great spot!

The location was great and walking distance to the beach. The property could use additional upkeep. Beds/couches had stains, the floors and rugs were not vacuumed after previous guests.

We stayed here during the 4th. The location is great and the house has everything you could need.
