The Space:

This is a beautifully-remodeled four bedroom home in the heart of NE Portland, Oregon, with a walk score of 99. We redesigned this space with luxury and comfort in mind and it is truly one of a kind in this area.



The living room is cozy and relaxed, with new windows streaming plenty of natural light. The pull-out couch is comfortable for lounging. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50 LED flat-screen TV. While I don't have cable, you'll have access to Netflix and blazing fast WiFi for streaming. We have brand new air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room, and throughout the home.



If you feel like eating in, there's a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a big farmhouse-style table in the spacious dining room to easily host your crew - not to mention a local co-op down the street! There's also dozens of local restaurants within walking distance, including several of our favorite food carts!



We have 3 brand new queen beds with comfortable down comforters, duvets and large pillows. The bedrooms are all located upstairs and have large closets and dressers for clothing storage, and we have luggage racks to place your bags. The unit has brand new stainless steel appliances, and a large in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. There is also a pull out couch to use as needed!



We're equipped with high-speed Wifi throughout the house. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels are all provided for our guests' comfort.



After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy home with a nice back patio

The Neighborhood:

The Alberta Arts District is a neighborhood in Portland, Oregon that stretches from Williams Ave to 33rd Ave. Since it is one of the oldest sections of Portland, it’s extremely independent and diverse. It’s lined with shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries. There is something for everyone! Walking down the street, you’ll see murals everywhere making this neighborhood colorful and vibrant.



Getting Around:

Walking — This quiet residential neighborhood is near the Beaumont Village area, with cafes, restaurants, and shops within a short walk or quick drive.



Bus — TriMet Route 24 (Fremont) and other local lines provide service to downtown Portland (~20 min).



Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations in the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.



Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 10 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from the nearby Hollywood Transit Center.

    never got into host home, didn't respond to my requests for entrance code. had no place to stay, Got hung up on and put on hold with VRBO numerous times until after hours a kind person at the call center finally camceled the reservation and refunded my money

    The 2 story home is very nice! We loved it is just a few steps away from Alberta where there is amazing restaurants and lots of small shops! The home is clean and great new appliances! Oh and the jasmine on the front porch is absolutely beautiful! neighborhood is quiet! Backyard big deck is a plus. We will definitely be back again!

    It was a great location. We had a little trouble sleeping 10. So some of our group had to get a hotel. The 3 bedrooms did sleep 6, and the couch could sleep two or so but not 10 overall. Excellent communication with the host and what a nice home!
