Within a short walking distance from Okanagan Lake beaches, waterfront restaurants, brew pubs and the Penticton Marina that provides various water sport activities and boat rentals.
Hiking and cycling trails and paths surround the area, and the well known Kettle Valley Rail Trail (KVR), is accessible within 500 meters. The trail winds through several vineyards overlooking panoramic views of the lake from the upper levels. Downtown Penticton is just 2 blocks away.
This high end vacation retreat features a fully equipped kitchen set in a modern, tastefully furnished open concept design with ample entertaining areas around the island and in the dining room. The covered patio with outdoor seating area includes a BBQ with all amenities. The main floor includes a comfortably inviting living room, a powder room and a bedroom that sleeps two.

    What a fantastic property! The location is walkable to everything, and I have never stayed at a better stocked VRBO. It had everything we needed and was beautifully appointed. That lower deck with the comfy seating that was always nice and breezy was a hit with everyone. This would be great for friends or families - highly recommend

    The kitchen has everything you could possibly want or need for a week long stay. Bedrooms, family, and tv spaces are all comfortable. Covered porch was well used and dry during any rain and the upper balcony was sunny in the morning and shaded in the evening.

    Great location steps away from local breweries and Main Street. Two dedicated parking spots. AC was a must in the summer and the place stayed nice and cool. We had two patios to enjoy the sunshine and there was lots of space for the whole family. Hosts were great - would definitely stay there again!

    The owner was prompt in answering questions and the home was well equipped for a group of 6. Close to the Lake, which is great because that’s where we spent most of our time. Parking for 2 trucks was spacious off the back alley. Neighborhood was quiet but a real mix of old and new, which is Penticton in general. Over all a 4/5

    Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed using the barbecue grill on the lower covered deck. We also enjoyed having morning coffee on the open deck upstairs. The beds were comfortable and having 2 1/2 baths worked well for us. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and the lake front.

    My family had a great time. Communication with host was great. Very prompt in responding. The house is beautiful, well decorated and comfortable home. Everything was available, we felt like home. Very centralized close to grocery store and restaurant. The neighborhood is friendly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

    Perfect spot for our family vacation of 5 (4 adults, 1 baby). Great location as you can walk to so much. Close to the KVR for cycling or to head out for wine tasting. We look forward to our next vacation in Penticton and would not hesitate to rent this place again. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you.
