Stayed Feb 12, 2026Perfect location, the house is designed and appointed so you have a great stay. Everything we needed and more was there. We wanted a getaway that was relaxing, spending time with friends and Family and we weren’t disappointed. Very responsive hosts. We will book again. Beds were so comfortable.

Stayed May 29, 2025Great stay, enjoyed the hot tub, paddle boards and property. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well decorated. A couple things to note, there are cameras on the property (it does not state this in the listing, which legally they are supposed to). I also got a tick on myself at the property (which is just apart of the area).

Stayed Sep 29, 2024Perfect launch point for our group of 6 to cycle, run and chill. Great access to KVR trail, road-cycling routes and wineries. Loved the quiet end-of-road water-front location. Loved the fully equipped digs and recreational water-options, including hot-tub. And appreciated the quick check-in greeting by Geoff.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Hoots Hideout did not disappoint us. The property is beautiful. The house is very roomy. There is always something to do. Canoeing, paddle boards and enjoying the sunsets from the hot tub on the beach. Would highly recommend this place. Many thanks to Hoots.
