Generally pretty clean however pillow had mould - pillows and duvets need to be appropriately cleaned regularly.

Very good house and facilities

Location was perfect for our one night stop over before getting the ferry to KI. Couch was very comfortable. Kitchen and pantry could have been better stocked and the gas bottle was empty. Beds quilts were very light weight, lucky it wasn’t cold. Could have done with an additional mirror outside the bathrooms.

We had a great stay at the place. Plenty of rooms that can accommodate big groups. Nice neighbourhood and neighbours are friendly. The bathrooms are clean but only concern is the cleanliness of the rest of the house as was not clean thoroughly. Floor is dirty and dusty as appears hasn’t been vacuumed for a while. Exhaust in the kitchen is very oily and the oven is dirty. I would assume not the owners fault as appears in the message received prior to the check in date, the cleaner is taking care of the house. We love the place but want to be honest with the review. Thank you

A great property but could do with some maintenance and a deep clean

We are happy with the kitchen and dinning facilities, just not enough blankets to keep warm in the bedrooms and lack of towels.

Well equipped house, suitable for large families with kids. Walkable distance to the main street. Host was very responsive when we had questions. House just needs a good intensive clean to bring it back to perfect. We would look to stay in this property again.

The property has a lot of space for people, however, the amenities and cleanliness were lacking. The internet wasn't working for the entirety of our trip and reception was poor within the area, we had reached out to Rob who was very prompt with contacting the ISP, however, there was no resolution. There were a lot of stains on the bedding, couches and marks throughout the walls. The floors were also incredibly dirty. It also would have been nice if more things were provided at the property, e.g. soap, more toilet paper, tea, coffee etc. The property was affordable, but a little bit more effort would have gone a long way.

House looked tired. Cooking utensils very dirty. Upstairs leather lounge peeling. Windows, doors and walls all dirty. Charger for Playstation controllers didnt work and Foos ball table broken. Windy conditions made screens and meter box very noisy at night. Overall is needs care and attention given the price we paid.

The host was very nice. The house is spacious and tidy. Had everything you need. Beautiful deck and view.Highly recommend Fast Eddie's takeaway. Amazing pizzas.

The house was fine and clean but was old and had broken furniture and many of the blinds were broken. The pantry had no essentials such as glad wrap, salt and pepper. The front door was also very stiff and hard to open and the TV was very hard to navigate. The house needs some love and attention.

Stayed one night as we had an event in the fleurieu the next day, house was tidy and was very spacious for our group! Would recommend!

Sadly, dishwasher door did not work correctly so had to hand wash.Oven had rubber hanging from the door and walls were dirty.But beds were comfortable.

The property was nice but the cleanliness was less than desirable. Windows were dirty, light fittings very dusty and the oven was so dirty that when you opened the door black soot fell on the floor and the racks looked like they had never been cleaned.We had to supply our own towels and did not know this until we got to the property.This could be a lovely place if it was cleaned properly and towels supplied.Normanville is a beautiful town.

I was with my kids and friends family to celebrate Mother’s Day. Overall the house was in good condition. I like the view and location. My kids were happy as they have plenty of space and kids materials. Need a bit more cleaning. Except that everything was good. I would like to go back for next time.

Great location and a well appointed house, we had two families with a little one and it was a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone and easy to use kitchen, new bathrooms and lots of beds.Floors def need a big cleanup but otherwise was great. Not far from main street Normanville is super cute and lots of great food and markets.

The stay of house was amazing for upstairs and downstairs use. Very comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings. Would love to come to again.

Very happy to stay here and will again

We were a group of 8 adults and one child. The property is quite close to the local markets as well as Normanville beach. It was well provided and neat and clean. Did have some hiccups with the tv and game console as they appear to be old. Also there are fans in only two bedrooms and the top floor can be quite hot on a warm day. But overall great location. Great for groups. Will surely consider coming again.Few things you best

We just stayed in this property for one night. After a long day at the beaches, It was quite relaxing at home. Home itself has everything that is required during the stay. No aircons or fans in the rooms would be an issue in summers but it wasnt an issue for us because it was cooler. Property requires fixing lots of things like flyscreen doors were coming off the rails while opening. Good renovated toilets and bathrooms. mattresses wasnt comfy enough. on the whole, location and the services available at the property were good.

Need to improve on cleanliness. Over all good experience.

Perfect for a short stay golf trip to Lady Bady with a big group (10 beds) but some of the beds weren't great, thin quilts were only just sufficient and there aren't any 'general' supplies in the house (shower gel, kitchen supplies like salt, pepper. oil etc). Property felt a little 'tired' but adequate for the price for our purpose (golf trip).

We had a wonderful time at the property. We were a big family and there were enough rooms and beds to accomodate all of us. The kids had their own space and the adults could enjoy some quality adult time.
