Stayed May 12, 2026Our family got there at 4pm. After we got inside we started getting bad vibes about how clean it was or was not!! We have two small kids that were walking barefoot and we noticed the bottom of their feet were solid black from the dirt on the floor. It was very obvious the place had not been cleaned in a long time. Luckily they gave us a refund.

Stayed Mar 24, 2026We stayed at this home for our daughter’s BMT Army graduation, and the proximity to Fort Jackson was incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made our stay very comfortable.The house is spacious and well appointed, with enough bedrooms to sleep a large group—up to around 20 people. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable, and there were plenty of basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products. Closet space is generous, though there are no dressers and only one TV located in the living room.The interior of the home could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, but overall, if you’re looking for a place that can accommodate a big group and you plan to spend most of your time visiting Fort Jackson or exploring the Columbia area, the location and size make it a great fit.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025The property is adequate in every way. The property management company owns this home perfectly achieved the absolute minimum of what is expected from a VRBO rental home, while spending not one penny extra on anything but the cheapest furnishings, decorations and paint matching. If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a place to enjoy, keep looking.
