It was close to Congaree and nicely decorated but the AC didn’t work all the time

The little home was wonderful and it was so well decorated and cute. The hosts are very accommodating. However, it was quite a ways to find something to eat and we did go there to be able to hike in the park. Unfortunately mother nature brought us rain for the 3 days we were there so we weren't able to do much. It is very cozy and if we get an opportunity to come that way I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time on our trip. This really seems like the place to be if you are looking for a spot near Congaree. It's just a few minutes from the park super convenient. Very nice host and we loved Vito! Accommodating to our pups. We will be back!

Well worth the booking, the host Ms. Tira is wonderful. Very nice place that is secluded, private and safe. Very clean place as well. Quiet and peaceful. Will be booking again for work. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Our maps brought us in a weird back way, but once we saw the lights we knew we had made it. It was magical to drive up to and weLoved all the decor inside, especially the shower curtains. Fully stocked to cook as we prefer to do when traveling, we enjoyed our meals on the front balcony which was perfect for the 4 of us.

The tree house itself was super cute, unique, and cozy—exactly what I was hoping for in terms of charm and comfort. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything you'd need for a your stay.However, the overall property was quite run down and didn’t match the photos on the listing. I came across broken glass in a couple of areas, and the outdoor furniture and décor were so weather-worn that I didn’t feel comfortable using many of the outdoor amenities. It was disappointing because the space had potential but lacked proper upkeep.Additionally, there were several areas around the property with items piled up or left unattended, which gave parts of the grounds a cluttered and unkempt appearance.The check-in process was also frustrating. After booking, I never received the check-in details from VRBO. It stated to contact your host. When I finally reached the host after several attempts, 45 minutes after arrival, she simply referred me back to the listing, where it was supposedly posted that you just walk in, no code and no key. Keep in mind I looked at over 30 properties before booking this one. I had to go back and search the original listing manually. It would be helpful if the host ensured this information was included in the confirmation or sent separately.That said, the tree house itself was a memorable and cozy retreat. With some attention to property maintenance and a more guest-friendly approach, this could be a truly special getaway spot.

Our stay at Woodland Gardens was great! We enjoyed our morning coffee and dinner each day out on the porch to enjoy the warm weather. Very close to Congaree National Park and about a 30 min a drive in to Columbia where there are a ton of restaurants and more grocery stores to pick from. Tira was a good communicator and available for questions. Check in/check out was really easy as well. Would stay here again.

Very clean and easy process. Properly has other rentals but overall it is a very welcoming and homey feel. Was well stocked and comfortable. 12 min drive to the visitor center at Congaree National Park.

I would not have rented this home for our weekend away without the kids had I known the owner lives onsite, in the rental when it is not occupied and in a camper when it is. May want to update listing accordingly. The bed was torture, so uncomfortable. The one functioning window unit was far from sufficient, hot even in October. Thank goodness it wasn't a Summer trip. The owners kids (I suppose) were hanging out randomly on the lower level and had a party our last night which kept me awake most of the night... not that I could sleep anyway due to the lumpy bed and lack of airflow. $850 for 3 nights of torture... yikes!
