Stayed Nov 12, 2025We enjoyed our visit at Olivia's rental. The Instructions made it so easy to get there and to find and operate everything we needed. We loved the large/ roomy bathroom, comfortable beds, and the fenced yard for our little pekingese. We felt right at home!

Stayed Nov 6, 2025Great communication and entire process was a breeze. The home had everything we needed. It was very clean, which is most important to us. Good location near everything in Johnson City, especially ETSU. It was a short stay, but looking forward to coming back and will definitely stay again!

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Olivia was a great host and very responsive to anything we needed. We really appreciated having starter items for the cottage (dish soap and paper products), since we only stayed for a few days. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again! The location was perfect and so close to everything.

Stayed Apr 27, 2025My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Olivia’s place. Very clean and comfortable surroundings and close to grocery stores and other necessities. Sitting on the front porch in the morning with our coffee watching the sun rise was very peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 24, 2025We loved this cottage. Came for my brothers services at the National Cemetery right down the street. It is close to everything you would need and very clean. Communication with host is excellent and very prompt, with very precise instructions for staying at the cottage. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025This cottage was impeccable clean and exactly as advertised. It was close to everything. We didn’t use the back patio, but it was quaint, quiet and private. I will definitely use this cottage again.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Booked this cute cottage for our first parent weekend at ETSU. Minutes from campus made this so convenient. This place could not have been cuter. Simple, super clean and worked great for our family.
