The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    Location, location! Easy to grab coffee or a nice meal but quiet in the evening. Short stroll to King’s Street linens were plush and sofa was comfy. All supplies stocked for our needs for fall break in the Holy City. We’ll be back!

    The house is old but clean. The floors are a little warped. Could use area rugs in all bedrooms and a kettle in the kitchen.

    The front porch and steps are in terrible shape. As you go down the steps they slope. My granddaughter slipped and fell. The street noise was very loud no insulation. Sound machines were provided but neither were in working order. Would like to have a partial refund.

    It was not as expected or as the pictures show. It’s very aged and not in a charming way they cover up the damage with paint not fix it. There was a smell to the house that was not enjoyable and it felt very dirty. The sheets had hair on them and we found a joint on the table when we arrived to check in.

    The location was accurate and is conveniently located without being in the middle of downtown. We had an initial issue with our thermostat that the owner quickly and effectively handled which was greatly appreciated. The property is nice and would stay there again.
