The home was absolutely gorgeous, it was better than the pictures. It really does have a million dollar view. I loved the beachy nautical decor. It was very comfortable and quiet. The small town of Folly Beach is charming, very tiny, no parking in town but we ordered take out from The Crab Shack and it was delicious. Everybody was very friendly. It is a really nice place and I would definitely recommend going. We have a good time. Thank you Ms. Henry, you have a lovely home.

The beach view was stunning and the house is immaculate and seemed nearly renovated. All of the extras you would need were thought of and taken care of. Extremely easy to work with the host as well. Highly recommended!

Second time staying here. Awesome Location with beach access just steps away. Morning coffee and afternoon beverages and snacks on the porch was delightful. House had everything we needed and was spotless. Beds were very comfy. Highly recommend.

This home is just as gorgeous in-person as it looked in the photos and was exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway. The inside is extremely clean and updated. It’s stocked with nearly anything you need during your stay. Though if you’re local, you’ll want to bring your own beach chairs. We enjoyed the quiet area while also being a beach walk away from the pier and downtown area. Really glad we chose this cottage for our stay after considering so many others.

There is no better beach front home on the SC coast for a better deal than this absolutely delightful property. Huge porch, with ample seating and million dollar views of the ocean and the sunset. Who could ask for me. We especially loved having dinner on the back deck each night.

We had a wonderful stay. We have vacationed many times in Folly but Sandra’s home was our favorite by far! It is such a special beach home - immaculate, decorated tastefully and comfortably - so cute! It has the most amazing back deck with easy access to the beach and a gate allowing younger children to safely play on the porch. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great indoor showers and we loved having an outdoor shower too - it got lots of use. Plenty of parking. Short drive or walk to dining and shopping. No closets in any of the bedrooms but plenty of spots to hang clothing/towels on hooks throughout the home. Sandra was great to work with and we will definitely be back and have already recommended to our friends.

Good location, beautiful deck that is the highlight of the home. Very clean with a beach feel. This was our first time at a Vrbo, i was very nervous, but pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.

What a beautiful place! Located right on the beach with absolutely breathtaking views. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and decorated to perfection. We had the best girls' weekend—couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway!

What an absolute gem! We had a family vacation here and it was wonderful. From the awesome huge deck to the beautifully decorated and comfortable beach house it was great. The view is awesome and with the water just steps away made it easy to carry our beach stuff. There were 4 of us and my wife’s sister and husband came for 2 days and we had plenty of room. We will definitely be back next year!!

My wife two adult daughters and I had a wonderful time. The property was perfect with a great view of the beach and access. The property was spotless and very well accommodating for all our needs. Will definitely stay there again when we come back.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Stocked with everything you could ever need, and you just have to walk down the stairs of the deck and cross over the dunes and you are on the sand. The house was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home! Gorgeous home, amazing view, we will be back!!

Beautiful view, the decor was perfect! The only thing the teenagers said it lacked was a full length mirror, however I appreciated the lack of one, lol!

This house is perfection. It was completely renovated recently and every inch is so nicely done. View and porch is wonderful. Furniture is very comfortable. New mattresses memory foam. I loved the extra towels provided, both beach and bath. Very nice owner. Loved outdoor shower and easy beach access. Thank you!

This house checks all the boxes for a great stay directly on the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need, ( bring beach chairs and an umbrella and beach cruisers to bike to town for coffee!) the beach is amazing and the house is perfect. The beach house is very well maintained and appointed, with a well equipped kitchen and attention to detail in every piece of the decor. The deck is large and invites you to lounge and eat al fresco, unless you are drawn to the beach which is only a couple steps away. We had an amazing time as a family. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was even better in person. Beautiful views, clean, well stocked, adorably decorated, and an amazing location to both the island and Charleston. Woke up with coffee on the deck watching dolphins go by, ended the evenings watching the sunset over the ocean. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I truly cannot express how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at your beautiful beach home. I grew up going to my grandmother’s beach house and this place was very reminiscent of the decor and space she had. Unfortunately after her passing the family turned the home into a rental and we do not get to go as often. Being in your home flooded my mind with comforting memories that I experienced in her house over the years. Okay, on to the stuff others want to know about who are considering this property! The house was completely spotless upon our arrival. Bathrooms were immaculate and there were plenty of linens provided for us during our stay. The beds are SUPER comfortable and gave us such a good night sleep! The views are totally unobstructed and I absolutely love the lush coastal greens surrounding the property as they provide privacy to the home. The living room furniture was super comfortable as well and there were many lighting options to individualize your space. The location was just absolutely perfect. Check in and check out processes were super easy to follow. I can tell this home has helped create so many memories and it’s depicted even in the smiles of loved ones in picture frames in the hall. This was a very special place and I would love the opportunity to return and stay at your special home again. Thank you for your willingness to share such a special place with others!

This was such an incredible home, exactly as advertised and with views to die for. You can tell that this is a family home that is loved and well cared for, and we loved every minute of our stay. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with and we would certainly rent here again, no question. Loved Folly and loved this home, we will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Million Dollar View. The house was perfect and had everything needed for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the rainwater type shower heads were new to us and pretty cool. The kitchen had everything needed for meals, including good knives and cooking utensils. The house was very clean, and had some pretty nice touches to make it feel homey. It was a colder weekend in January, but the house stayed nice and warm. Extra throw blankets made it comfy watching tv. The view was outstanding! Watched the sunrise each morning and had a couple of long walks on the beach each day. We would definitely return of timing is right!

The cottage was absolutely wonderful with everything we needed in it! Very cozy feel, and the views are incredible! The host was very responsive too.

We come to South Carolina often, and this by far has been the best place to stay. The views of the ocean were fantastic and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our week stay. It is definitely a place we will come back to in the future.

Fabulous location on the beach. Very clean new home, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the porch and beach - need to bring your own beach chairs. Charleston is so close by, 25 minutes - an easy ride and went often. Really recommend this property!

We loved it. We had planned to explore but this cute beachfront location was so perfect for our family that we swam at the beach and hung out on the great patio most of the time. Bedding and pillows in the bunk room were cozy!
