This is a beautiful, light-filled midcentury modern home that you will love staying in. It is 1.5 blocks to the beach and close walking distance to the downtown Village. Built in 1960 but modern and updated, it has classic vintage essence but feels clean, light, airy and filled with natural light. On one side you have a private garden with a fire pit and water fountain. And on the other side you have the Pacific Ocean, so you will feel surrounded by nature.

Stayed Dec 20, 2025We had a fantastic stay here over Christmas and absolutely loved it. The views are beautiful and the home itself is really cool, comfortable, and a great place to relax and spend time together. It felt like a special spot for the holidays.The host was wonderful to work with. Communication was clear, prompt, and very accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this home and would happily stay here again.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024We loved the artsy decor of this home. The water fall in the backyard was mesmerizing. We played cards at the rad dining room table for hours! We loved the fireplace and the views and the location! The location is the best! For a quiet fun sibling vacation.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024get together with my LA resident son and college daughter. all food was excellent, walks around, location perfect. didnt drive at all. plenty of space. of course loved front porch, but loved back deck gem with water fall and gardens. so cute.
