Mid-Term Stay in Glendale! Home Near Westgate

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it offered everything we needed for our stay in Glendale. It was very clean.

Very nice property in a gated community. Would definitely stay there again.

The house served its purpose and was fairly well located. It was misrepresented as ADA and I wonder if I am entitled to a partial refund. If I had not brought portable assist bars I would not have been able to take a shower. Unfortunately, I scraped a few narrow doorways with my wheelchair but it couldn't be avoided. Had difficulty with the high bed as well.

Everything was just excellent.. Only problem... called the Property Mgmt for a garage door opener at my initial move- in... Their response was that the owner didn’t supply that.... I really didn’t believe that... but I said OK.... after I left at the end of my stay and checked out..... Another Host PM text me to ask where was the garage door opener... Interesting..... the property is great and the location is Super....

This home is beautiful, clean, and in such a great location. Restaurants, shopping, sporting venues, and a casino right down the street. Loved it!

We had a great experience and we loved staying in this house. The property manager is Evolve and they do a fantastic job with very quick communications. There are only a few slightly negative comments that I will now make, but they do not detract from giving an excellent rating to this property: Our stay was three months, and most VRBO rentals are one week or two weeks and a few at one month. That means professional housecleaners come generally every week or two weeks or once a month. We did not have a house cleaner come for three months, not at all. We told Evolve that we do not have a vacuum cleaner and to use a broom on all of the floors for three months is not a great process. When we arrived the couch was in poor condition but they were very quick to replace it which was wonderful. However the new couch they picked is a very light colored fabric and it appears that it will stain very easily. We did cover it with a blanket and that worked out well. No gardener come came at all during our three months so weeds grew up all over. I did mention it to Evolve and was told none would be coming. So I went out and pulled weeds myself during the three months. The gate key for pedestrian use to leave the community and go out to the public streets, this key did not work. We did report it to Evolve and the owner but never received the correct key. We were not able to use the pedestrian gate at all. However, all in all this was a great place to stay and great people to work with.

We rented this property in February during peak spring training season. Perfect location close to my team the Milwaukee Brewers and my husband's team the Chicago White Sox. Loved the restaurants across the street. Enjoyed the private backyard and hope to come back next year! Sussan H - Chicago IL

Perfect Home - walking distance from stadiums, bars and restaurants. Great shopping, casinos and golf close by. Gated community, Pool, and Walking Area. Nice private back yard!

Awesome home - super comfortable. Great location close to football, hockey, dining and most importantly shopping. Especially nice back yard. We will be back for sure!!
