Mid Century Home with a Modern Twist in Downtown. Proximate to Everything w/AC!

Comfie, clean, spacious, well appointed. I would stay here again. The only negative I can think of is that the floors are very slippery. Bring gripper socks or slippers that do not slip.

Well stocked home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family get together with our granddaughter, her husband and 3 children. Big back yard for the kids after our 2 long days of adventures.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay in this home. The home is very well taken care of and was very spacious for my family, which included 2 kids, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents. All the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. My daughter really enjoyed the bunk beds! We had access to laundry that worked well and we didn't have to buy laundry detergent as it was provided. The host was very responsive, we didn't have any questions. They included a great binder with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We wish we had had time to use the bikes. The kitchen was spacious and easy to use and was fully stocked. It was about a 10 minute walk to downtown, super close! And a 15 minute walk to Glenwood Hot Springs. Just know that it is a little uphill on the way back to the house so not a walk for everyone, but we are all relatively young and fit and my 5 year old and 1.5 year old was even able to do it. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect walkable location near downtown Glenwood Springs. The house was comfortable and had kitchen items, adequate towels, etc needed for our stay. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Great place to book for vacation in Glenwood Springs!! Wonderful location as it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops. There were 6 of us and there was more than enough room. The house also came with an abundance of towels, all the toiletries you need for a comfortable stay. I had a question for the host and we were called back within 2 min of leaving a message. I’d highly recommend booking here if you are visiting Glenwood Springs.

The house was amazing and very clean. The hosts were very kind and responded quickly to any questions. The location was perfect to get into town. The kitchen was well stocked with any and all cooking appliances we needed. I highly recommend this VRBO and we will be highly motivated to return next year.

Well furnished and comfortable home. So close to downtown restaurants. Easy to take a jaunt to Aspen or Vail. We ate out every night, so didn't use too many appliances. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure perfect. There are apple trees in the back yard, with a nice long porch off the main floor so youre in the trees. Walking trail goes right by the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully appointed and super location to downtown. Walking distance to almost everything. The home contained everything we needed from bedding, laundry, kitchen needs. The furnishings well thought out and comfortable.

Easy to walk everywhere, spacious house.

This house was great!! We were traveling with two teens and they both had their own rooms with big beds & closets and they loved it. We really liked how close it was to downtown and the fact that we could walk to get food, wander around town, hike to Buffalo Bill’s grave & even to Glenwood Springs if we chose to. We actually went to Ironwood, which was a short drive. The accommodations were clean and nice. We didn’t interact with the hosts, but check-in and out was a breeze. I will say the bath towels were a little musty, but nothing that can’t be fixed with some laundry deodorizer. Great stay! We love Glenwood Springs!

Our group of 8 loved staying in this home. 2 generations were able to enjoy being together and also have some space apart. Its a great location in Glenwood Springs to walk and bike around town. We would definitely stay there again.

Rental was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of town square, hiking trails and pool. Great restaurants nearby.

My college roommates and I had a wonderful time at your home. It was a very smooth check-in process. Tamra was very responsive when we had a couple questions about locating some things in the house. We had a great time in Glenwood. House comfortable fits 6-8 and is well laid out. We live being able to walk to downtown restaurants and the hot springs. Also conveniently located about 45 minutes from Snowmass and Beaver.

Can’t say enough about our stay! Lovely house! Wonderful location!!! Great base camp for the 9 of us for hot springs, skiing and just spending time together! Hope to do it again! Thanks again Tamara!

The inside was as pictured and the kitchen had everything you needed. Nicely done.Yard in backyard could use some help. Big part looks dead and broken branch on tree. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were pretty dirty and no chairs on upstairs deck. We really liked the windows in the upstairs, it looks like you're in a forest. I would recommend new towels because ours were very dry and abrasive.

This property is gorgeous and located within a short walking distance of all the restaurants and shopping and pools. We had six adults, and there was plenty of room.

The family did a wonderful job of remodeling their home. Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, nicely outfitted kitchen. Walking distance to downtown, quiet neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about the house almost wish to keep it a secret for my next visit ;-).
