Mid-Century Escape w/ Hot Tub & Arcade Fun

It was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of room for all the grandkids to play and hangout, same for the adults. It was fun both inside and outside.

Great location. Tons of nearby amenities and activities. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was clean, roomy, and had a great patio area with hot tub, grill, & fire pit. The host was extremely kind, accommodating, and helpful. The kitchen was perfect, and the family room was a favorite spot to watch movies & play games. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, and they each felt private for individual space when needed. The host also provides games, umbrellas, and hot tub towels just inside the back door. They truly thought of everything! Loved our stay!!!

House was well suited for our group and had amazing amenities in a convenient area. The host was very accommodating and communicated everything we had needed, to go above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

We have stayed in a good number of vacation homes and this by far was the best. From the first communication with inquiries to the check out the host was amazing, helpful and honest. The property was clean, well kept, and accuratly described. It was what we needed and waaaay more. In the past we have always had to pack extras to be sure we have everything we needed, whether it was linens, kitchen supplies, or cleaning supplies. This house was stocked and furnished beyond any of my highest expectations. We had a large number of occupants and it NEVER seemed crowded. The landscaping and patio is beautiful and the game room a super bonus. To have more than 15 girls over the age of 13 in a house and never a fight for a bathroom. Wow!! This place and its host come highly recommend. 15/10 :)

Our stay at your home in Colorado was one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve had. The house was fully stocked and truly felt like home. We honestly couldn’t find a single negative. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We had an amazing time in Colorado! The house was absolutely perfect for our large group — spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everyone loved the layout and the common areas, and we truly felt at home during our stay. It was the ideal setup for gathering and relaxing together. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great house and very accommodating host. Summer even went as far as to help ship back some expensive gifts that we accidentally left at the house and didn't realize until we made it to the airport! The house itself is very spacious and worked well for our group, and was around plenty of food and stores for our needs.

It was by far the best VRBO we've stayed at. Tons of room for everyone to spread out. Clean. Nice amenities. Easy check-out process. The only issues were exceptionally minor: In the Master bedroom, for example, one of the lamps was a little wonky & the remote for the fan needed batteries. A couple of the windows wouldn't open. But a running joke was we need a refund! because the place overall was just exceptional.

We travelled here with a group of high school students for our May Term trip. It was absolutely wonderful. The kids loved the house, it was big and clean. We had a great stay!

The place was amazing! perfect for our group of 12 adults. enough beds and enough space for everyone to enjoy.We will for sure come back! Summer was a great host with quick responses to all my questions.

Great gathering place for extended family celebration- all had their own space and perfect communal spaces too! Nice neighborhood walks as well- great location!

Very cool house in a good location. The house was clean and great for a family get together. With four small children it was nice to have bedrooms that were away from the living room so adults could talk without fear of waking the children. The game room was a big hit with everyone.

We did a destination wedding in Denver and selected this property to stay along with our wedding party. It was one of the best decisions we made and truly made the weekend extra special! The house was just as advertised, clean and well decorated. There was ample lighting and spacious seating areas. We had about 20 guests but it never felt crowded. The hot tub was ready to go on our arrival and Summer even gifted us a lovely smores basket for the fire pit! Plenty of towels, which is impressive with that many people. I would like to specifically point out how comfortable the beds were, soft sheets and awesome black out curtains! There was plenty of games all throughout the living spaces (the guys spent the weekend in intense chess matches even though none of them play chess regularly) and the game room was tons of fun. Definitely a place where there is something for everyone.It's in a great location. 4 minutes from a Costco, 5 min from a Wal-Mart. Tons of good shops all within 10 minutes!Our host Summer sent friendly reminders, quick tips, and was always quick to respond if I had a question. She was gracious enough to allow us an early check-in and was an absolute delight to work with! Overall we had a wonderful time, highly recommend this property, and would absolutely return!

This property has lots of room. Kitchen is spacious and living areas were inviting. Host made it feel like home. The location of the property is close to town in case you need groceries. Definitely happy we stayed here.
