This modern lakefront home shares 5 acres, and 600 feet of lake frontage, with several other homes. It sits overlooking the lake with great views.

There is a large sandy beach; dock for your boat, boat ramp, horseshoe pit, and outdoor fire pit.

The house is on two stories and has two bedrooms on each floor. The main floor has an open concept with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open. There is a bathroom on each floor. There is also a covered porch looking rightout onto the lake.

Amenities include; dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central air, flat screen TV, and much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The property is located just over a mile from downtown Meredith, with its shops, restaurants, and wedding venues.

Needed a winter break getaway for the family. Plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed waking up early and looking out over the lake. We would definitely go back!

Went up with a fairly large group of people and had plenty of space. The entire place was comfortable and I would very much like to go back again. I recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay during any season.
