Stayed Nov 7, 2025The host had the home ready for our arrival for an Iowa weekend of family, fun and football stadium - location- location-location. The home and patio were perfect for our guests and outdoor entertaining. The kitchen and coffee bar was equipped for our weekend. The host responded quickly to a couple questions and the weekend was in full swing without any challenges. The listing was very clear regarding patio use and game weekends- which made game day even more fun and neighborly. Thank you for a memorable Iowa experience! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Couldn’t ask for a better location on game day. Our group had a blast. The only complaint we would have would be game day parking, but we made it work.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This is THE place to stay on campus and perfect for Iowa Football. Clean and comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful, perfectly set up and amazing views of Kinnick Stadium and the UI Children’s hospital. We had the best weekend and Melrose Place was the center of it all, 5 Stars!!!!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Our daughter was getting married at the Marriott next door, so it was super convenient. It was well decorated and the owner was on top of everything. Beautiful house.
