McMinnville Wine Country Home w/ Hot Tub + Deck

Easily the most stocked property I've ever been in. Every detail was taken care of. From the basic home needs to the yummy cookies on arrival and the fire that had already been laid out. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious with gorgeous green space and views. Close to the darling, historic downtown and a quick drive to many beautiful vineyards. The host was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the area. Already sad not to wake up there this morning :)

This property was lovely with everything and then some. The property host was thoughtful and provided extra touches including fresh cookies. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We really enjoyed the pond and wildlife. Plus, the hot tub was so relaxing! Rooms were spacious and clean!

SO impressed with this house! The check-in process was very easy and the hosts let us know their contact info in case we had any questions. The house is made for families to stay together, with five bedrooms (that have EXTREMELY comfy beds!), a lovely kitchen and outdoor deck for eating, and a beautiful back lawn that looks out over a gorgeous view. We also really appreciated being able to use the hot tub! There were plenty of towels for everyone, and we enjoyed ourselves SO much we honestly stayed at the house together more than we went into town! Such great memories. We'd love to come back!

We got married at a winery in McMinnville, and we booked this home to use as our wedding HQ, as a place to meet, prep the night before (putting together the flowers, steaming dress, etc.). Its a clean, beautiful home with good privacy! I was a little nervous from the photos but the photos dont do the property justice. I'd definitely recommend this place for a family reunion/gathering, wedding prep or anything related!

Our group absolutely loved this home. There was everything we needed and more! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The house was so clean. We made multiple meals and had every kitchen item necessary. The robes were a nice touch, and the hot tub was lovely. Watching the wildlife from the hot tub each morning with coffee in hand was the ultimate experience. Communication was fantastic. Couldn't have had a better experience!

This was the perfect stay for our group of 10 for a wine weekend. The home was perfectly laid out and the backyard was amazing! We saw a ton of animals and the fire pit was perfect for the evenings. This was one of the best places we have stayed at with this group ever!

This home was everything we expected and more. Not only is the home spacious, comfortable and beautiful, they have thought of everything you might need during your stay. They even have hand held clothing steamers! Our daughter got married in nearby Willamina and I was lucky enough to find this beautiful home with plenty of room for family from out of town to all stay together. Coming back to the fire pit in the back yard after events of the day was perfect. We spent a lot of time in the evening sitting around the fire pit enjoying conversations and s'mores. They even have blankets specifically for sitting around the fire as it does get chilly at night. While sitting outside you can enjoy the wildlife in the natural surroundings of the back yard wetland. We saw a mama deer with twins, a beaver, and great blue herons among other wildlife. It was a wonderful 4 day vacation. Wendy McConahay

This house exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and private. Check in process was so easy and great communication started before we arrived. They had the most delicious cookies waiting for us, such a sweet touch. I loved that there were extra blankets, pillows and supplies.We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time at Blackberry View for a friend's reunion with 6 kids aged 3-10. The house is spacious and very well equipped in terms of sheets, towels, kitchen essentials, and games/activities. Hosts provided extra treats to welcome us. It's close to grocery stores and kid-friendly locations like the Evergreen air museum and water park, and within walking distance of a fun playground.

Beautiful property in charming McMinnville. Excellent layout for group of friends with 5 bedrooms and lovely kitchen and communal area. Yard and porch on a pond is peaceful and lovely.
